Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wasted no time announcing a matching 25 percent tariff. Meanwhile, China is fighting back legally, challenging Trump's tariffs at the World Trade Organization (WTO).

At a news conference, Trump falsely claimed that this is the toughest border policy in history.
