Main thing a rhythm in our life requires us to actively working on it and being more self aware. It is up to us to be productive in pursuing peace in every area of our life. Living life according to our own rhythm helps us to obtain peace and helps our mental health. This episode my husband Karim shares how the passing of my grandmother affected him. Our spouses, friends, and children all are affected by loss. Even when it isn’t there blood relative. Sometimes people can be experiencing depression or morning in silence, because they are trying to be strong for the other person.
