Jesus, through his encounters recorded in Mark 5:21-43 with Jairus and his daughter and the unnamed woman with the issue of blood, is calling out to us, “Trust me.” Whether a person of privilege or on the fringe of society, we are all invited to fall at Jesus’ feet and trust him with our lives.
