We have learned that when we show for oneself on a daily basis while reflecting upon and observing oneself to give our best… we the let go and trust the process. Spirituality is one tool part of our multi dimensional being and allows us to believe in something greater than oneself, i.e. universe, spirit, source or god. It’s upon oneself to choose to do so. When we have this trust in our journey, process and life we are our experiences merely as lessons turning into blessings.
