To live in the NOW is the most important aspect of being truly mindful. When we are in awareness we are able to notice our thoughts, are they positive or negative. A mindful practice can help us change a lifelong habit of overthinking and worrying.

Listen & Enjoy as we discuss Relationships. Relationships in our lives are very important so it is vital as we go through life, we evaluate the ones that we have. We will highlight if the relationships that you do have still work for you if they supply you with all you need and desire. If they are no longer serving you, then make the adjustments that are needed.
