Today I'm interviewing award winning book coach Lisa Tener. Why am I interviewing a book coach during Trust Yourself week? Well, a lot of people think writing a book is strictly an intellectual pursuit, but it's also so much about being able to access your creativity and trusting yourself and your message. Lisa has a signature process that she walks her clients through called Meet Your Muse, and it's basically an opportunity to have a conversation with the wisest, most inspired part of yourself.
