Truth 2 Ponder

Today, there seems to often be contradictions in the news. What was once truth is now not true, and what was once called a lie or misinformation is now known to be true. The political wrangling for global control and personal fortunes continues, and it is the people that suffer. We are told to “obey,” even when those same leaders have been consistently wrong.

Also, Bob shares from his heart what he believes God is calling him and others to do at this critical time. Please remember, we are only on the air because of your faithful support. Today, Bob spends some time sharing a few news stories that truly impact our lives. Bob also begins a new era for this program in widening the scope of topics for this new age in which we are dwelling. While certain stories the program has covered for the past two years are still important and will still be covered, the focus is going to be more informative, proactive, and empowering.

On Thursday night, United States President, Joe Biden, made what was claimed to be a white house “policy Speech,” but was actually a political campaign speech as the nation heads for a major election in November. In that address, and in front of very ominous looking red lighted optics with a military presence, Mr. Biden made a number of statements that were simply not true. The speech was a combination of rhetoric and misrepresentations. Bob breaks it down.

Then, on part two, Bob shares his thoughts on ministry, sustaining the church in troubled times, and what you can do. Please remember, we are only on the air because of your faithful support. Lately, the narrative of the left is getting downright evil, insulting, and demeaning. Just so you know, it’s all by design. The left wants you angry, they want you upset, they want you “fighting mad.” They need you to be angry to allow them to call you a domestic terrorist. Don’t fall for it. This rhetoric is designed to lead to violence in the streets for their political gain.

There is no doubt that we are living in turbulent times and what the future holds for many is highly uncertain. There are plenty of “prophets” of doom and gloom on both sides of the political spectrum. Where do you find the truth, and is there any hope? Today, Bob shares a few thoughts and observations on that topic, then welcomes to the program guest host, Jim Calhoun, to share even more observations and encouragement. It seems that everyday the news is full of “gloom and doom.” For those old enough to remember, the American TV program “Hee Haw” featured a segment with some of the cast singing a song about gloom and doom, then some sad but humorous story. Sadly, bad news sells, but it is also true we live in some dangerous and gloomy times. If anything, Christians should be joyful, regardless of the circumstances, but far too often, many live a life of despair. Bob shares both the bad news, but the overriding good news on today’s episode.

Today, government leaders, public educators, and even formerly Christian institutions will say and do things that were unimaginable just a generation ago. The envelop gets pushed harder and farther, and our morality, decency, and integrity as a people declines. Today, Bob shares, in their own words, some of the evil that is embracing our society and nations. Also on the program, Bob shares with you what God is laying on his heart about ministry opportunities and even church planting.

Today, Bob takes on a few topics that you need to hear. First, how even the mainstream media is beginning an unmistakable shift in their COVID narrative. The experts that demanded universal masking, forced vaccination, and social isolation are beginning to change their tune. Why? The reason is simple, the COVID narrative and vaccine narrative are collapsing, and as we predicted months ago, and conservative media is just now reporting, all the failures will be blamed on Donald Trump and Operation Warp Speed.

Also on the program, Bob welcomes Frank Salvato. Frank Salvato is the executive partner at The CompassPoint Group, LLC. He is the host of The Underground USA podcast as heard on iHeart Radio, Pandora, Spotify, Amazon Podcasts, and anywhere podcasts are heard. Frank is a prolific writer and has been a guest on many programs and networks, including Fox News. Frank shares with Bob the dangers of the phony conservatives in the Republican Party and the dangers they represent to our republic. Bob ends the program warning us about how education has been taken over by some very dangerous people.
