Today, Bob opens the program by looking at some news headlines that are taking on a life of their own. Sometimes the news that gets shared is often not the news that should be our biggest concern. In fact, often the stories we need to follow are the hardest to find. Then, on the program, Jim Calhoun helps us define the basics we need to enhance our lives.

On Monday evening, news broke that a controversial decision by the Supreme Court of the United States was in process. A ruling to potentially overturn the 1973 Roe Vs. Wade decision, opening up abortion in the United States was somehow leaked out of the court. What does this mean, what would be the impact, and has the court been damaged.

Many people have asked the question of how the Biden Administration can be so incompetent? The United States is facing unprecedented inflation, increasing food shortages, loss of real income, and an out-of-control southern border. That cannot be denied, but is this incompetence, or is this by design? Bob explores that question and shares why he believes this is all a well-planned takedown of our western world, our freedoms, and our lives.

This is an inflationary rise not seen in many decades, and worse than our governments and establishment media will admit. All of us face times of turbulence in this life. From the loss of a job, illness, financial stress, and even the loss of a friend or loved one, life, at times, is not easy. Today, Bob shares from his heart some of the tragic news he received this past week, but also how in spite of “bad news,” we do have hope. In the included picture you can see Bob’s ministry friend, Greg Bennet was killed in a pedestrian accident this past week. He also shares of another ministry friend who unexpectedly lost their 19-Year-old son this past Tuesday. While these are sad stories on the surface, for those in Christ, there is real hope!
