It's not which college they attend, how they look, or where they grew up. A high emotional intelligence allows kids to grow into adults who have good self-control, a healthy relationship with people, enhanced leadership abilities, great people skills, higher levels of self-confidence, and even, in most cases, a more mature relationship with God. 

So.... how in the world can YOU help your kids develop a high EQ? Let's dive into that with this first episode. In this first episode, I focus heavily on what EQ is and help you think about your OWN EQ levels.
