My story of building a women's community and personal brand — and the quiet transformation that started it all.
This is my story: how Scarlette Raes was born, and why I now spend my life helping women turn their lived experience, their strengths, and their season of becoming into something far bigger than they were ever told it could be.
I wasn't the loudest woman in the room. For years I was the quiet one — capable, competent, and somehow still invisible. Life eventually asked me to lead anyway. This video is the honest version of how I got from there to here: the rock-bottom season that changed everything, the faith that carried me, and the decision to stop waiting until I was "ready" and start building intentionally instead.
If you're a woman standing in the middle of your own becoming — not before it, not after it, but right in the messy, hopeful middle — this is for you. You are allowed to want more. More peace. More impact. More legacy. And you're allowed to build it.
Start intentionally. Not perfectly.
🌿 Come build your legacy with us. A Woman In Progress is my free community for women who are done waiting to have it all figured out. It's a room where you're seen, resourced, and walked alongside — presence over performance, story over strategy.
