In May 2021, I was appalled with all of the horrifying data emerging rapidly about the risks and damage from experimental COVID shots, and shocked seeing my own, formerly healthy and medically stable patients who got the COVID shot start to have sudden onset of Atrial fib, mental confusion, strokes, and other complications, I cried out to God for what I could do to be more effective at warning people about these risks when our public health officials and government agencies were clearly covering up the damage and deceiving the public.

It was then I heard God speak to me, as if He were in the room with me: “Lee, you have the Foundation. Activate it. THIS is the time.” I thought of the scripture I had read years earlier: Habakkuk 2:2-3 and Isaiah 6:8. I realized the vision God gave me for this Foundation my husband and I started in May of 2007 (and then sadly inactivated in the economic crash of 2008), had not been meant for that time, but for God’s time to come, and I had needed to wait these 14 years for HIS time in 2021 when the need (and my own growth in medical knowledge, wisdom, patience, and faith) was greater!

This encounter with God May 3, 2021 spurred me to the action that has guided all of my work every day since to reactivate and develop Truth for Health Foundation on that momentous day and it was that encounter that has brought us to this anniversary of four years of non-stop work for the Lord’s mission of saving lives across America and the world, defending human and civil rights secured by our God-inspired Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and Bill of Rights; exposing the evil assault on life –human, animal, plants, birds and bees and insects, and the very life of the planet’s environment itself; providing a platform for our

persecuted military service members, and helping to restore health and resilience for people and our planet.

We celebrate another MAJOR SUCCESS with an effort that TFH began in 2021! Thanks to our dedicated Truth Warriors and donors, one of our first three TFH legal grant recipients, former Army Preventive Medicine Officer, Lt Mark Bashaw Pardon, has just been awarded a full Presidential Pardon on May 28, 2025 after four hard years of persecution, wrongful Court Martial and termination from the military. Lt. Bashaw called to tell me the fantastic news on the evening he had the call about his pardon.  He said “During the most difficult season of my military service—facing court-martial for refusing unlawful mandates—Truth for Health Foundation stood firmly beside me. Let’s look more closely at this scripture:

“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying:”  This phrase indicates a direct encounter with God, a theophany, which is a significant moment in biblical narratives. Isaiah’s experience is similar to other prophetic callings, such as Moses at the burning bush (Exodus 3) and Samuel hearing God’s voice (1 Samuel 3). The voice of the Lord signifies divine authority and the initiation of a prophetic mission.  Have you had similar experiences?

“Whom shall I send? The question posed by God highlights the divine initiative in calling and sending prophets. It reflects God’s sovereign choice in selecting His messengers. This echoes the calling of other prophets and leaders, such as Jeremiah (Jeremiah 1:5) and the apostles in the New Testament (Matthew 28:19-20).

“Who will go for Us?”  The plural “Us” can be seen as a reference to the divine council or the Trinity, suggesting a complex unity within the Godhead. This aligns with Genesis 1:26, “Let Us make man in Our image,” and can be interpreted as an early hint of the Trinitarian nature of God, which is more fully revealed in the New Testament.

“And I said:”  Isaiah’s response is immediate and personal, indicating his readiness and willingness to serve. This reflects the proper response to God’s call, characterized by obedience and submission. It parallels the responses of other biblical figures who were called by God, such as Abraham (Genesis 12:1-4) and Mary (Luke 1:38).  Has God called YOU for His work?  Did you listen and follow?

“Here am I.” This declaration signifies Isaiah’s availability and readiness to be used by God. It is an expression of humility and willingness, similar to Samuel’s response to God’s call (1 Samuel 3:10). It underscores the importance of being present and attentive to God’s voice.

“Send me!” Isaiah’s willingness to be sent highlights the theme of mission and service in the prophetic tradition. This anticipates the Great Commission in the New Testament, where Jesus sends His disciples into the world (Matthew 28:19-20). Isaiah’s readiness to be sent foreshadows the ultimate sending of Jesus Christ, who was sent by the Father to fulfill His redemptive mission (John 3:16-17).

Willingness to serve is a fundamental Christian virtue characterized by a readiness and eagerness to assist others and fulfill God’s purposes. It reflects a heart aligned with God’s will, demonstrating humility, love, and obedience. This willingness is not merely about performing tasks but embodies a servant’s heart, mirroring the example set by Jesus Christ.   Will you serve Him?

In a powerful and long-overdue announcement, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has initiated a historic correction to one of the most divisive and destructive policies in modern military history: the COVID-19 vaccine mandate issued under Biden’s DoD Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

Hegseth’s directive allows for progress on two critical goals our entire team of military, medical and legal advisors has been advocating for since August 2021 when the unlawful order went into effect under Biden:

Hegseth’s directive marks the first major federal action acknowledging the unlawful action of mandating an experimental, EUA “countermeasure” COVID injection for anyone: civilian or military.  This is a huge step forward in acknowledging the egregious Constitutional and UCMJ legal, medical, religious and ethical violations of the COVID mandates.

The directive for the military follows President Trump’s Executive Order in January 2025 directing federal agencies to rectify harms caused by COVID-related mandates. For thousands of former and current troops—many of whom lost careers, pensions, and honors—this is not just bureaucratic relief; it is a moral vindication.

Hurdles to full restitution remain.  The DoD’s flawed form requiring veterans to falsely claim their separation was “voluntary” has sparked fresh concerns. Secretary Hegseth’s promise to review and revise this process is critical. Justice must not be undermined by technicalities that preserve false narratives. Real justice demands full acknowledgment of coercion, punitive retaliation, and the egregious violations of medical freedom, bodily autonomy, informed consent and religious liberty that took place under Biden’s administration and Lloyd Austin.

Senator Ron Johnson has ignited a firestorm on Capitol Hill by launching the most far-reaching investigation yet into the COVID-19 vaccine development, approval, and aftermath. His April 2, 2025 letter to Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla demands extensive documentation, including internal communications with the Department of Defense (DoD), FDA, NIH, and social media platforms—shedding light on the tangled web of government and corporate collusion.

What makes Senator Johnson’s latest probe different from his previous efforts is that it pierces the once-impenetrable veil of Operation Warp Speed, challenging the legality, transparency, and scientific integrity behind one of the most aggressively pushed public health campaigns in history.

One of the most explosive angles in Johnson’s investigation is the revelation that communications between vaccine manufacturers and the Department of Defense may contain critical information about early injury signals and federal knowledge of vaccine-related harm. By zeroing in on adverse event data—especially myocarditis and pericarditis cases—Johnson signals that accountability for the suppression of vaccine injury information may finally be at hand.

For years, injured service members have been silenced or ignored, but the dam of silence and cover-up is finally breaking. Data from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), which tracks health diagnoses within the U.S. military, reportedly shows dramatic spikes in heart-related conditions, neurological disorders, and reproductive issues following the mass COVID-19 vaccination campaign.

Senator Johnson has this data. The implications are staggering on two fronts: 1) there likely foreknowledge of serious adverse effects occurring with the experimental COVID shots, and 2) this information clearly appears to have been actively concealed from Congress and the public.

The case for malfeasance is bolstered by Johnson’s reference to whistleblower-reviewed VAERS data, which reveals statistically improbable clustering of injuries and deaths tied to specific vaccine lots. Unlike seasonal flu vaccines, which have shown consistent safety across production batches for decades, COVID-19 vaccine lots display wild variability—suggesting serious manufacturing inconsistencies or perhaps more sinister implications.

Johnson’s relentless pursuit of the truth is not just about correcting the historical record—it’s about restoring integrity, justice, and informed consent in America’s health and defense institutions. President Trump’s move to raise tariffs on Chinese goods to 145% is more than an economic decision — it is a spiritual and patriotic stand for fairness, sovereignty, and the American worker. For too long, globalist policies and predatory trade deals have turned our economy into a den of thieves — where foreign profiteers exploit our markets, gut our industries, and leave our communities hollowed out.

Just as Christ entered the temple and flipped over the tables of the moneychangers who corrupted sacred space for personal gain (Mark 11:15–18), this moment in President Trumps administration marks a

cleansing of the economic order from the control of modern-day moneychangers and hypocritical Pharisees.

Tariffs are not punishment. Tariffs are today’s version of justice that Christ brought to the Temple in his day. Tariffs are a way to restore the Biblical commandment for honest scales, to protect our people, and to prioritize the people and economy of America, which built the greatest industrial engine benefiting the most people that the world has ever seen.

The evidence is clear. America has both 1)the moral authority to act in accordance with Old and New Testament Biblical principles, and 2) the economic and market leverage to act. Both of these grounds for action are explained in detail in the attached policy and biblical tariff documents, as well as this episode of our Whistleblower Report.

America buys billions more dollars in goods from China than China buys from the US — as evidenced by the massive trade deficit America has with China. The deficit holder nation has far more leverage than does the nation holding the surplus. In short, the stark reality is that China needs the US market for its economy to survive than America needs China’s goods. China is an exporter nation. For their factories to remain open and workers to be paid.

China needs to continue exporting. In the face of the heavy Trump Tariffs, exports from China are already brought to a near standstill, orders from overseas are cancelled, factories are idle, and workers have been sent home without pay. China made a serious mistake in retaliating against its biggest marketplace for its goods.

China’s mistake has been intensified with the Trump team, since their opponent in the negotiation is President Trump, one of the shrewdest and most successful business negotiators in our time.

President Trump’s retaliatory Tariffs plan is specifically designed to level the playing field and bring manufacturing back home. They support middle-class jobs, reduce our dangerous dependence on China, and fulfill our national security mandate to produce vital goods within our own borders. They are specifically NOT punitive or pre-emptive, which is often the case with tariffs. All any country needs to do to be free of US-imposed tariffs is to decrease or eliminate their own tariffs on America. It really is that SIMPLE.

Trump’s retaliatory Tariffs policy also reflects righteousness: Proverbs 11:1 declares that “a false balance is abomination to the Lord.” The current global system, riddled with economic deceit and exploitation, is that false balance — and it must be corrected.

· Tariffs are not simply about trade — they are about truth.

· Tariffs enable us to choose sovereignty over servitude, labor over loopholes.

· Trade had become theft of America’s wealth. Tariffs are designed to stop the hemorrhage of our resources and return them to America.

America is at a spiritual and economic inflection point, as Trump has recognized for the last 40 years, and now has the mandate and authority as President to lead America in a stand as a beacon of righteousness, dignity, and honest labor. President Trump is leading us to reclaim control over our economic house — and has started this “cleansing of America’s economic temple” with bold, biblically-based, principled leadership, Trump is not afraid to confront those who’ve turned trade into theft. Trump’s Tariffs are that confrontation.

President Donald J. Trump now has the mandate from the American people and the authority as President to carry out policies to benefit Main Street against the self-interests of Wall Street’s global grifters pillaging and plundering the American workers Wall Street to enrich themselves. Like Jesus casting out the merchants from the temple, President Trump is undertaking a cleansing moment — a purging of corruption in service of national renewal. It is past time, and urgently needed.

In a bold move toward full transparency, President Trump and his team are working rapidly to declassify and release long-concealed secret government documents related to the JFK/RFK/MLK assassinations and other controversial programs hidden from the public under the guise of “national security.”  The Trump team is declassifying government files that include covert biological weapons research, atmospheric experiments using harmful chemicals on an unsuspecting public, and the tyrannical medical-legal overreach during the  COVID pandemic.

The first step was the release of thousands of pages of the JFK assassination files.  While there has not been much revealed that was not already known (or suspected) about who killed JFK, these files have been a treasure trove of shocking revelations about previously top secret and off-book CIA operations during the Cold War-era projects that show chilling expansion beyond the CIA’s legal charter to gather intelligence into overly illegal actions around the world, including actions against the American people and our own soil led by the CIA here in America itself – a flagrant and alarming violation of the CIA’s legal authority and mission.

The JFK files are more important for what they have exposed about CIA black operations “off-the-book” yet funded by taxpayer dollars without any oversight by any elected representatives of the American people.  These CIA-led operations in the JFK files go back to the 1950s and involve chemtrails and bioweapons, propaganda campaigns, assassination plots of foreign leaders and attempts to undermine our own elected leaders.

President Trump’s campaign to reveal Truth has shown decades of military and intelligence operations previously dismissed as conspiracy theories. These revelations not only vindicate researchers and skeptics but also raise urgent questions about the ethical implications of secret, and even illegal, government programs, many of which are still in effect today. The push to expose hidden truths is gaining momentum, as more officials within Washington recognize the public’s right to know what has been done in the name of national security.

At the same time, patriots, whistleblowers, and independent investigators are working tirelessly to uncover the truth about COVID-19 policies, vaccine-related immune suppression, and the legal battles over personal freedoms. A recently surfaced study from Poland suggests a devastating decline in immune function following multiple mRNA vaccinations.  This very serious complication of the COVID shots, which Dr. Vliet and other experts warned about in 2021, has been deliberately suppressed by mainstream media and health organizations.

The Sixth Circuit Court’s recent reversal of pandemic-era mandates highlights how the tyrannical overreach of the Biden administration during the COVID crisis infringed upon constitutional rights, leading to a medical martial law environment unlawfully implemented by our own government.  This has set a dangerous precedent for the future.

All of these new disclosures and many other battles for freedom during the COVID era conclusively show that those in power over the past 70 years have not acted in the best interests of the people, making it essential for truth-seekers to continue their work in exposing corruption and misinformation.

The road to full transparency is not without obstacles. Deep-state actors, corporate media, and bureaucratic gatekeepers continue to resist the release of critical information that could challenge official narratives. Yet, thanks to courageous whistleblowers and truth exposers, the veil of secrecy is being lifted.

The Trump administration’s efforts to declassify documents and shine a light on past government actions are a crucial step forward, but it is up to the American people to remain vigilant. Patriots must continue to demand accountability, challenge censorship, and ensure that the truth is never buried again. In a time when misinformation and government secrecy threaten our freedoms, the pursuit of truth is more important than ever.

The Trump administration’s commitment to transparency faces significant challenges, notably with only 23 of the 46 cabinet positions currently filled. This staffing shortfall hampers the administration’s ability to implement its agenda effectively. Compounding this issue, entrenched elements within the government bureaucracy, often referred to as the “deep state,” are actively working to obstruct President Trump’s policies. This resistance is evident in incidents such as the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive military plans by The Atlantic’s editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, which the White House condemned as a deliberate attempt to undermine national security and the administration’s objectives. Despite these obstacles, President Trump remains steadfast in his mission, asserting that his agenda reflects the will and interests of the American people.

It is up to us, the American people, to pray for our President’s safety and strength, and to continue to pressure all of our elected officials to support President Trump’s directives to speak Truth and disclose the lies and deceptions perpetrated on the American people, using our own tax dollars as weapons against us.

Dr. Francis Boyle, a distinguished professor of international law at the University of Illinois, best known as the primary author of the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism act, was a pivotal figure in the medical freedom movement, particularly through his critical examination of the origins of COVID-19. He asserted that the COVID-19 virus was an offensive biological warfare weapon, a perspective that challenged mainstream narratives and underscored the need for transparency and accountability in public health. Widely regarded as the “expert of experts” in biological laws, Boyle used “Occam’s razor” concept to determine that COVID-19 originated from the Wuhan lab.   This conclusion has since been validated by the CIA’s recent admission confirming the lab as the source. Dr. Boyle’s insights encouraged individuals to question official accounts and advocate for their health rights, reinforcing the medical freedom movement’s emphasis on informed consent and bodily autonomy.

In addition to his analysis of the virus’s origins, Dr. Boyle was a vocal critic of the COVID-19 vaccination campaigns. With sadness we announce that Dr. Francis Boyle died unexpectedly at the age of 74, on January 30, 2025.  Dr. Boyle was a renowned American professor, attorney, and human rights advocate whose life’s work was dedicated to international law and humanitarian causes. Throughout his career, he was a relentless advocate for human rights, holding governments accountable for war crimes and standing up for oppressed populations worldwide. His legal expertise and unwavering commitment to justice made him a powerful voice against government overreach and the misuse of legal frameworks to justify war, oppression, and unethical medical mandates. Boyle’s work had a profound impact beyond academia, influencing critical legal battles and humanitarian efforts worldwide.

As a professor of law at the University of Illinois College of Law, Dr. Boyle played a crucial role in drafting the U.S. Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, which sought to prevent the development and use of biological weapons.  In a recent legal case in Florida led by Dr. Joesph Sansone, Dr. Boyle presented his Affidavit stating that the Covid 19 mRNA nanoparticle injections violate the 1989 law he wrote. Dr. Boyle asserted that ‘COVID 19 injections’, ‘COVID 19 nanoparticle injections’, and ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ are biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction and violate Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023).

Dr. Boyle’s research and legal arguments were instrumental to Major Mike Gary’s rebuttal against the military’s unlawful COVID-19 vaccine mandate, providing a foundation rooted in international law and human rights. Additionally, Major Gary studied Boyle’s books extensively to become a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) Hazmat responder, a testament to the real-world applications of Boyle’s expertise.

In the wake of a tragic mid-air collision over Washington, D.C., concerns have been raised about the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) hiring policies and their impact on air traffic safety. The crash claimed multiple lives, including three military servicemembers operating a UH-60 Blackhawk. A lawsuit alleges that the FAA denied positions to over 1,000 candidates, primarily extremely well-qualified white males, to meet diversity hiring targets, prioritizing demographic goals such as minority race and gender preferences over merit-based selection based on aviation expertise and experience and ATC certification.

Former air traffic controllers and aviation experts argue that these DEI and other politically driven policies have contributed to severe staffing shortages and a serious decline in the quality of air traffic management with an enormous impact on safety, as demonstrated in the alarming rise in near-miss aviation incidents in the air and on runways at America’s airports.

With a complex and high-stakes profession like air traffic control, where split-second decisions can mean life or death, critics warn that prioritizing diversity quotas based on race and gender instead of competence and experience of highly trained candidates, can lead to disastrous consequences including the preventable and tragic mid-air collision on January 29, 2025.

There should have been two air traffic controllers on duty – one handling civilian aircraft and one handling the military – but on January 29, one controller had been allowed to leave shift early, leaving only one person to oversee the military and civilian air traffic in a heavily congested airspace.  Clearly that had disastrous results and 67 human souls lost their lives.

The military’s reliance on civilian air traffic control for certain operations raises concerns about whether existing personnel are adequately trained to handle high-pressure situations involving both commercial and military aircraft. The Army released a statement mourning the Black Hawk crews passing, highlighting their dedication and service, but the circumstances of the crash have reignited discussions about the intersection of politics and operational competency in federal agencies. Lawmakers are now calling for a full review of FAA hiring practices and their potential role in compromising airspace safety.

As the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigates the crash, the debate over diversity hiring versus merit-based selection continues to intensify. While proponents of diversity race and gender-based initiatives argue that they create opportunities for underrepresented groups, opponents insist that air traffic control is a field where skill and precision should be the only determining factors. The lawsuit against the FAA underscores the growing frustration among those who believe political agendas are being prioritized over public safety.

The consequences of the FAA’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda are not just theoretical—they are a direct threat to public safety. Weakening air traffic control standards in the name of diversity initiatives has put countless lives at risk, as evidenced by the tragic mid-air collision in Washington, D.C. The Biden administration’s prioritization of radical ideology over competence is alarming, as air traffic control should be based purely on merit, not quotas or political correctness.

The FAA’s long-standing effort to reshape the workforce by lowering aptitude test standards and prioritizing demographic factors over skill has led to a dangerous degradation of expertise in one of the nation’s most high-stakes professions. If left unchecked, this reckless pursuit of ideological goals over operational excellence will continue to cost more American lives by endangering air travel. It is time for both the FAA and the Department of Justice to be held accountable.

Until a transparent assessment is conducted, the public remains left questioning whether critical federal agencies are operating with the highest standards necessary to ensure lives are not unnecessarily put at risk.  America simply must return to the practice of prioritization of public safety over political agendas.  Period.

The Harkins v. United States decision, in addition to President Trump’s new executive order to reinstate the unvaxxed troops, represents a significant opportunity for the military to correct past injustices and restore trust in its leadership. The court’s ruling in the Harkin case exposed the Coast Guard’s failure to fairly evaluate religious accommodation requests, as well as the Coast Guard’s unlawful mandate for servicemembers to be injected with an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) gene therapy agent, deceptively called a “vaccine.”

President Trump’s executive order now provides clear directives for redress: mandated reinstatement, restoration of back pay and rank for service members who were unjustly discharged. If the military is truly committed to upholding the rule of law and honoring those who have dedicated their lives to service, it must act swiftly and comprehensively to implement these measures. The blanket denial of religious exemptions and the coerced separations for refusing an experimental injection have undermined the principles of fairness and due process—principles the military is sworn to uphold.

Whether the military will do the right thing, however, remains uncertain. Bureaucratic resistance, institutional pride, and potential financial implications may hinder full compliance with the executive order. Military leadership might argue that reinstatement disrupts operational readiness or that back pay imposes an undue burden on the budget. Yet, these concerns do not outweigh the moral and legal imperative to correct wrongful and even unlawful separations. The executive order provides a framework to ensure that those who were forced out unfairly can return to service without penalty, reinforcing the principle that service members should not be punished for standing by their deeply held convictions or attempting to comply with customary UCMJ regulations and the US Constitution.

The military’s response to this Presidential Executive Order will ultimately serve as a test of its integrity. If it chooses to implement these provisions in good faith, it can begin to rebuild the trust lost due to the unlawful COVID shot mandate and deeply flawed enforcement.  Failure to fully implement the Presidential Executive Order would only deepen distrust between service members and leadership, further eroding confidence in military institutions, which in turn reduces urgently needed retention and recruiting to maintain military readiness.

True leadership requires the humility to admit past mistakes and take meaningful steps to rectify them. If the military drags its feet or offers only partial compliance, it will send a clear message that service members’ rights can be disregarded whenever convenient. That will forever damage morale, and the ability to attract recruits and retain highly trained service members, which in turn is seriously damaging the national security of the United States.

Our volunteer military service members deserve better. The question now is whether the military will follow through on the promise of justice—or if it will allow institutional corruption to stand in the way of doing what is right.  Americans need to make our voices heard throughout the halls of Congress and across all our social media channels that our military service members must be honored, and their Constitutional rights upheld.
