Professor Inoue: “Thank you very much for giving me this valuable opportunity to send my message about human rights abuse in the time of COVID-19. My name is Masayasu Inoue, Professor Emeritus of Osaka City University Medical School. My specialty is Molecular Pathology and Medicine.

The pandemic was used as a false pretext by the WHO to drive vaccinations of all peoples in the world. A plan was set up to shorten the time to develop vaccines, which usually takes longer than ten years to less than one year. Operation Warp Speed. This operation was used to cover up the misconceptions of the genetic vaccines. Under the pretext of saving time, an extremely dangerous method was selected.

That is, intramuscular injection of viral genes to produce toxic spike proteins directly in human tissues to stimulate immune system. Because this is a completely new method and misconceived method that has never applied before in human history, it is impossible, therefore, for most of doctors to give proper informed consent. However, due to irresponsible government and media campaigns to promote vaccines, 80% of the Japanese has been vaccinated.

Unfortunately, seven shots have been done so far. This is the most and worst in the world. And the result was the induction of the terrible drug induced injury that has never seen in human history. I believe that the fraudulent use of experimental gene therapy to healthy people, particularly to healthy children, is an extreme violation of human rights. However, Keizo Takemi, Japanese Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, has been insisting that there is no serious concern about the injury caused by genetic vaccines. And without learning from the current situation of injured patients, they plan to construct a new vaccine production system in preparation for the next pandemic. This is an unbelievable, crazy situation.

The Japanese government is first in the world to approve a new type of vaccine called self replication replicon vaccine, and plans to start to supply it in this fall and winter. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is providing a huge amount of subsidies for this project. And factories to produce new vaccines are being built one after another in Japan. I visited these factories directly.

Furthermore, the Japanese government is currently soliciting large scale clinical trials worth $900 million from pharmaceutical companies that are taking on the challenge of developing vaccines to prepare for the next pandemic by Disease X proposed during the Davos conference this year. It is speculated that the movement by the Japanese government is part of CEPI Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovation’s 100 days mission, which aims to shorten the time to one third of Operation Warp Speed. Namely, they are trying to shorten the vaccine business cycle by developing a vaccine in hundreds of days. This is possible only by ignoring the human rights perspective. Amendments to the WHO, International Health Regulation (IHR), and the so called Pandemic Treaty, which are about to be adopted at the 77th World Health assembly this year, are attempting to give rationality and legal binding force to such unscientific and dangerous crazy plans.

If such things continue, there is high risk that Japan made vaccines will be exported under the guise for false trust. If Japan were to become a vaccine perpetrator, it would leave irreparable harm to future generations. Therefore, the actions of Japanese government MUST BE STOPPED by international collaborations.

Although it has already been three years since I started to give lectures to educate Japanese people about the dangers of vaccines, it is still difficult to penetrate through the sound barriers of mainstream media. If we tell the truth about vaccines on YouTube, it is deleted within a day. The reality is that we are facing censorship and speech suppression almost every day.

Therefore, I put my hope in the publication of a book with the last version of speech and published a book with a title “Withdraw From WHO” It is difficult to stop this movement because it is now politically hopeless to change the situation of the Japanese government. The message I would like to cover convey to the world is that when Disease X occurs in the future, you should never trust the Japan made vaccine that was developed in a short period of time in order to protect human rights in cases of control that transcend national boundaries.

I believe that sharing the truth and countries is so important and that this is a step towards unity and solidarity. Only through the process of information exchange between all countries in the world, we can find hope in the midst of despair. A draconian “Avian Flu” emergency order has been issued May 1 by the Governor and Department of Agriculture for the State of Michigan, effective May 8, that orders military-style BIOSECURITY procedures to be put in place by all commercial dairy and poultry farms across Michigan, regardless of whether there is documented disease in any of the cows or chickens.

From the Governor who issued some of the most tyrannical COVID lockdown orders in the entire US now comes an assault on the food supply across Michigan that affects the entire US—all under the guise of a “{highly pathogenic” avian flu potential. 

These new orders, even IF they could be realistically implemented, will likely bankrupt poultry and dairy farmers due to the cost of these new biosecurity procedures.  But then destruction of our food supply appears to be one of the primary goals of the globalists pushing the WHO One Health agenda to eliminate all meat protein from the human diet. For example, the emergency order states “All Michigan dairy farms, as well as poultry operations considered commercial by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) must develop and implement biosecurity practices that include:

o Designation of a biosecurity manager.

o Designation of a line of separation to represent the perimeter of a secure area, limiting access points.

o Establishment of cleaning and disinfection practices and procedures at those access points for both vehicles and individuals. This must include deliveries of feed and other supplies, and training for employees.

Recent responses to FOIA requests from several regulatory authorities suggest it is not. The bottom line is that the ramped up fear-mongering about “Avian flu” comes just in time to serve the vast propaganda PSYOP campaign orchestrated to scare countries into signing the dictatorial WHO Pandemic treaty giving WHO broad powers to regulate the human, animal and climate “health” polices for every nation on earth with no recourse for each nation to decide their own response. 

The campaign of fear about the “highly pathogenic” Avian Flu also serves two other purposes of the globalists consolidation of power under the control of WHO: 1) to scare people into vaccines, and 2) to use as an excuse to the slaughter dairy cows, beef, cattle, and chickens to further damage global food supply.

The WHO had their eighth meeting April 22-26, 2024 of the Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005). WHO officials say this was to be the final meeting ahead of the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly May-1 June 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland. 

But it is not going so well and resistance is building. Many countries have indicated they will not sign the WHO Pandemic Treaty.  There will also be a major protest in Geneva at the WHOs World Health Assembly that last week of May. The Geneva Project is organizing a closed meeting followed by a public rally and march, ending at the Place Des Nations in Geneva. 

On Friday 1st May, 49 republican senators sent a letter to President Biden demanding to withdraw US support for the WHOs amendments and new pandemic treaty (see below).

Both men were initially whistleblowers who petitioned their employers—American Airlines and the US Army—to cease and desist from the unlawful COVID mandates. Both men filed Affadavits and legal complaints demanding their employers provide informed consent, cease coercive measures such as onerous frequent testing with the fake diagnostic test called PCR, and stop the unhealthy masking requirements, and end the mandated dangerous COVID injections.

Capt Bahig Saliba and LT Mark Bashaw continue to challenge the rogue bureaucrats to force illegal COVID requirements on employees, the US military, and the general public.  Capt Saliba’s current fight is serving the FAA (Federal Aviation Agency) Aeromedical Chief (Susan Northrup) with a notice to investigate the new medical standard created by American Airlines COVID-shot mandate. The Airline required all pilots to receive the EUA-authorized COVID shot in violation of the normal FAA guidelines to avoid use of experimental new drugs. By requiring the COVID shots, the airlines essentially created a new medical standard set by the arilines themselves, not the FAA, which is a violation of long-standing FAA regulations set out in the Federal Aviation Act.

Capt. Saliba’s website points out on his website at www.pilotgateway.com:

“Slowly, a clear picture was emerging. For 38 years the FAA never demanded any treatment. Surely the FAA would not want to create a deficiency for pilots, and there are already rules addressing medical deficiency. Why would the airlines do that and by what authority? I had recent involvement in general aviation as an instructor and was familiar with the basics. Rule 14 CFR §61.53 gives the pilot the authority needed to make health decisions respecting acting as pilot or pilot crew member. Restricting breathing and all the policies that my airline created did not make sense and was in direct contradiction of the regulation. At the right moment, I invoked my authority over my medical certificate and that did not sit too well with the airline.”

Capt Saliba’s goal is to get the FAA to move in one of two ways: (1) either temporary suspension pending an investigation of the COVID shots or (2) revoking the authorization to use the experimental COVID shots altogether. Either action by the FAA would send a strong message to Big Pharma and also to the Military Industrial Complex that unlawful mandates for experimental products that jeopardize the safety of the flying public will not be tolerated.

LT Bashaw’s current battle, after being involuntarily discharged from the US Army as a Preventive Medicine officer after the filed legal complaints against the unlawful COVID masking, testing, and “vaccination” mandates in the Army, is with the city of Newburyport, Massachusetts. He sent Mayor Sean Reardon a notice in the form of an Affidavit of Truth.  Reardon’s violation was displaying the “trans” flag on public property.  LT Bashaw’s statement of fact begins with this description:

         “On 23 March 2024, I sent Mayor Sean Reardon of Newburyport, Massachusetts a NOTICE of CEASE and DESIST for his scheduled “trans” flag display on publicly owned property, City Hall, Newburyport, Massachusetts. This unlawful and belligerent flag raising was scheduled for 30March 2024. The Mayor of Newburyport was also swerved with cease-and-desist notices by Brandon Hayes and Lieutenant William Moseley.”

LT Bashaw’s website (https://freedomfighter1776.com) explains:

“trans flag– a foreign flag to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Referred to as “transgender flag,” for it symbolizes the mutilation, castration, abuse, mental enslavement, and hormonal manipulation of men, women, and children. Baal worship. Associated with weakness, belligerence, enslavement, mental derangement, poisoning, toxification, and/or satanic.”

Through these long four tyrannical years violations of the US Constitution and our core civil rights, many courageous whistleblowers have come forward to fight for our core liberties.  But over the long marathon of this battle, many have dropped out of the fight as they become discouraged, depressed and dismayed by the lack of response by our government agencies and elected officials.   Many freedom fighters who still want to stand and fight simply don’t know the next steps to take.

On 17 April 2024, four DC National Guardsmen testified in defense of their former commander Major General (MG) William Walker who testified March 3, 2021 before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs that the Secretary of the Army had delayed 3 hours in giving the DC National Guard the approval to respond to the Capitol situation that developed on January 6, 2021(J-6).

The Pentagon, through a December 2021 Inspector General (IG) report, had placed blame on MG Walker and the DC national Guard for the delayed response. By telling the truth about the three-hour delay in authorization, MG Walker revealed dereliction of duty by Secretary of the Army and the Pentagon’s General Milley. Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund was pleading for help that day, and he was denied by General Milley’s failure to approve the DC National Guard emergency response with the Rapid Deployment Force standing by and ready to engage. 

The Inspector General’s report is filled with false statements about J6, and served the political agenda of covering up the truth about the government’s role in the events of that day.  An IG report should be an objective investigation on the facts of any investigation without bias. As we have seen on many fronts since the Biden team came into power in January 2012, our government no longer follows laws, regulations and emergency response protocols if they do not fit the politically-driven agenda and propaganda “optics” being carried out by those seeking to undermine our Constitutional Republic and solidify totalitarian control.

Col Earl Mathews wrote his own report rebutting the IG findings and sent it to Congressman Barry Loudermilk, the chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight. Col. Mathews’ report is reported in the Politico article linked below.

Col Mathews describes numerous lies told by senior Pentagon generals that were repeated by the Inspector General’s report. One of those such lies was LTG Walter Piatt using the phrase, “Bad Optics” for the National Guard to be seen protecting the Capitol. LTG Piatt denies he ever said that, even though the four DC National Guardsmen heard it said otherwise.

Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund can validate that the term “Bad Optics” was used to either deny or delay the National Guard response on J-6.  Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund was pleading for help that day, and he was denied.  The Army has a negative track record for often being absent when they are needed most, just like the failed Afghanistan pull-out that Americans haven’t forgotten!

Colonel Mathews stated the following as part of his testimony at the April 17 2024 Subcommittee on Oversite:

“When I say these general officers lied I do not do so lightly or cavalierly. I speak from personal knowledge having interacted with them on January 6 in my official military capacity.

Unfortunately, some senior officials within the Department of the Army and Department of Defense have sought to protect, or promote, Generals Flynn and Piatt. These senior civilian officials have excused, condoned, or overlooked the misconduct of these officers.

I submitted a document saying that these men were liars and I stand by that, 100 percent and its a stain on my Army that they got away with … that nobody said anything about it.

And they even sent Piatt to the President of the United States to have him promoted! He is a liar! And all of us can attest to that.”

As Major Mike Gary pointed out, there is a saying in the military, “Screw up, move up.”  It is a stain on the honor of the US military that this saying reflects an abundance of truth in the way the military promotes officers.

Command Seargent Major (retired) Michael Brooks gave one of the most powerful testimonies of all presented on April 17 2024 Subcommittee on Oversight. His testimony and explanations of J6 events were quite damning for the Secretary of the Army, Pentagon and senior Army staff.

As the senior advisor to all the enlisted soldiers in the DC Army National Guard, he has the pulse of the soldiers. In his testimony, you hear the clear desire of the enlisted soldiers to fulfill their DUTY, support the Capitol Police and save the Capitol. In contrast you have the political priority of the senior officials which was avoid “bad optics” and allow total failure and escalation into riots that led to innocent civilians injured and dead that day.

Command Seargent Major (retired) Michael Brooks stated the following in his testimony April 17 2024 hearing before the Subcommittee on Oversight:

“Trust in our Army’s most senior leadership was lost. Their actions and comments have highlighted the Army Staff and the Secretary of the Army’s lack of knowledge and understanding of the DC National Guard, its authorities, and capabilities. Prior to the protests following the murder of George Floyd in May 2020, I do not believe any of them understood just how unique the DC National Guard is and the responsibility that is delegated from the President to the Secretary of Defense and further delegated to the Secretary of the Army. I believe it is this lack of understanding that led to the significant delays in the military response on January 6, 2021.

I will not sit here today and say if we had been given the authority to immediately respond when Chief Sund, the Chief of the Capitol Police made that first frantic call for support at 1:49 PM, that we would have prevented the breach of the capitol. What I can tell you with absolute certainty is that we had a force equipped and ready to respond and despite the inaccuracies found in the DoDIG report, we had a plan and would have liked the opportunity to try. Instead, we waited for hours just two miles east of the capitol building absolutely frustrated, knowing our capitol had been breached, and not understanding why we had not received the authorization to respond”

Military CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological & Nuclear) expert MAJ Mike Gary discusses what traditional National Guard responses to National Special Security events (NSSE) should be using traditional military protocols and procedures. Major Gary was the Deputy Commander of the CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package unit that was on standby for the 2017 Presidential Inauguration in support of the DC National Guard that year.

Major Gary has intricate and detailed knowledge on how the National Guard plans and executes these missions in support of civil authorities. He also explains how the Active Army branch of the military has no expertise in this area and should not be a part of the decision making on such NSSE events, and definitely not in the role of delaying prompt response by the National Guard.

The failure of a timely DC National Guard response highlights either total incompetence or a more nefarious, calculated agenda to allow the riot to progress. There is no other explanation possible for the violation of normal response protocols.  If there was an intention to allow the Capitol to be breeched that day, it certainly played out like a perfect military/intel shaping operation.

Major Gary explains what a military “shaping” operation entails and how this occurred on J6. In a memo dated January 4, 2021 the Secretary of the Army removed MG Williams response decision-making ability in a highly unorthodox action. Then the Secretary of the Army conveniently disappeared,  and was unable to be reached during the crucial hours on J-6 and unavailable to authorize the DC National Guard to respond.

In his entire 26-year career in the Military, Major Gary has never seen such questionable leadership action with it playing out over a 3-hour period–180 minutes of failure, when seconds counted. This needs to be investigated with unbiased authority and a leader should be fired over this catastrophic failure that led to preventable injuries and deaths of civilians.

It is no coincidence that the same week that the H5N1 bird flu narrative is spreading, poultry owners in the United Kingdom are now required to register with the government or risk a £5,000 fine under new rules to combat bird flu. All poultry and captive bird keepers will be required to register their birds beginning October 1, 2024. That new government mandate includes individuals who may only have 3-4 chickens for personal use.  

Using the usual playbook tactic of fear of disease. Today’s Whistleblower Report is an update on Private (PVT) Piero Maranon and the severe mistreatment and abuse he has received from a woke and unjust chain of command, and fellow service members “just carrying out orders” without considering what is right and lawful. PVT Maranon was clearly targeted as a Christian, conservative and patriot. Today’s “woke” military no-longer tolerates these views and values that had been the hallmark of America’s founding principles and the foundational principles of the US Military and UCMJ.

Recently, a congressional delegation headed by Congressman Eli Crane (AZ) and Retired Colonel Don Jenkins met with PVT Maranon’s chain of command. PVT Maranon received such strong support from his congressional representatives as a direct result of these Constitutional violations and the abuse to which he was subjected.  Congressman Eli Crane and Col Jenkins were assured by the chain of command that PVT Maranon would be given due-process and treated fairly.

On March 11, 2024, Congressman Eli Crane went on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom to give an update on his congressional visit to PVT Maranon’s chain of command. Within 45 minutes of that interview, PVT Maranon was notified that he was being immediately discharged. It is suspected that PVT Maranon’s chain of command was watching the WarRoom and decided to unjustly discharge him.

PVT Maranon was told that his paperwork was quickly generated and his Command issued the most damaging DD form 214 (discharge papers) possible, making it nearly impossible for him to find civilian employment after discharge.

The Sergeant Major (SGM) drove PVT Maranon to the front gate of Fort Jackson, opened up the trunk and pulled out PVT Maranon’s gear. The SGM placed PVT Maranon’s gear on the ground and looked at him and said, “Good luck Brother.” The SGMs are supposed to be advocates for the enlisted as they are the lower enlisted chain of support. Instead, this SGM gets in his car and drives away.  The callousness and cruelty toward a new service member was stunning.

Using federal power to declare a “state of emergency” on whatever pretext they decide, the federal government is creating the means funnel our OUR tax dollars as windfall payments to private companies, non-profits, and city/county/state governments for the supposed purpose of “recovery” from “disasters.”

At its core, this “Disaster Capitalism” is fascism being carried out to create transfer of wealth from the public for private companies and local governments and nonprofits to benefit.  Little of the money actually gets to people injured or losing businesses and homes in these disasters.  Witness the people of Maui, Hawaii, E. Palestine Ohio, and Paradise, California still waiting for disaster relief to rebuild homes and businesses while private investors and nonprofits got rich. 

This use of taxpayer dollars is a huge government-sponsored Ponzi scheme using our tax dollars against the interests of the citizens and to enrich private companies and local politicians and governments.  Disaster Capitalism misuse of taxpayer money has soared under the Biden Administration, though it occurred on a smaller scale under many previous administrations.

In today’s interview, Angela Casler, herself a victim of the Paradise CA fires, said “After my Town of Paradise was burned to the ground in 2018 I started using the words “disaster capitalism”. County, town, state all received so much money, yet people who lost homes and businesses got nothing. Catastrophe bonds were issued by FEMA.  The Electric company PG&E bondholders cashed in. People who had jobs and insurance couldn’t receive help from FEMA. Our registration with FEMA was “cyber attacked”. The constant declaration of state of emergencies with weather manipulation and even an eclipse are bankrupting the country! It’s one huge disaster capital Ponzi scheme. In addition, the money keeps elected officials from speaking out so the money flow continues, such as a militarized pandemic to fund public health. The government is a corporation and they must satisfy the defense contractors. Why leave all our equipment to the Taliban and ISIS? New equipment is manufactured and arms dealers are cashing in. Keep laser focused on the new “green banks” – the latest scheme to transfer our tax dollars to enrich private investors.”

Americans don’t realize the degree to which our tax dollars are being paid to county, town, state governments and private companies in order to carry out the government’s agenda that is destroying our lives, our jobs, our communities, and our environment. It’s actually very chilling.

The enormity of these tax payments by the Federal Government to local private companies, non-profits, and government agencies are actually undermining the interest of the American citizens and taxpayers and further causing economic harm to working Americans due the rampant inflation eroding the value of our take-home dollars and the rising cost of food, fuel and consumer goods due to the endless printing of money and out-of-control debt.

We’ve seen since 2018 this constant declaration of states of emergencies over every situation imaginable, including the most recent declaration state of emergency by about 8 different States just for the solar eclipse. What is the “disaster” about a solar eclipse?  The last total eclipse across America was roughly 6 years ago, but we never had any of this fear mongering or state of emergency declarations.

People don’t realize that a state of emergency declaration allows Federal money to be sent to favored state agencies, favored private companies and non-profits who agree to carry out the government’s political agenda.  This results in our tax money being used in ways that are actually undermining our freedoms and our own ability to make decisions in our lives.

The Biden Administration is bankrupting our country with one huge disaster capitalism Ponzi scheme. As recently as 2021, during the COVID vaccine rollout, the Biden administration funneled taxpayer dollars to universities, schools, hospitals, businesses to promote and mandate the COVID shots. 

Americans need to understand that our federal government has been, and still is, actually using our tax dollars towards our destruction. A recent example is federal money going to Catholic charities –millions of dollars—to facilitate transportation and housing and food and social service support of the illegal aliens invading America across our wide-open border. 

Americans need to stand up against this Ponzi scheme bankrupting our country, destroying our economy, and usurping our constitutional rights.
