Through the Covid-Mandate era, the Department of Defense, Pentagon Brass, and high level command leaders across all branches of the US military became accustomed to violating federal and Constitutional law, UCMJ regulations,  standards and policies in the name of “emergency” COVID  “safety” protocols and “public health.”  The military continues these unlawful practices to this very day, even though there is no longer a “COVID emergency.”

Why does the US military leadership do this to our volunteer servicemembers, who have the right to being protected by USMJ regulations and Constitutional guarantees of their rights? The military has decided to follow the lead of a corrupt and derelict Biden administration. The military’s assessment is that it has no choice but to follow the “political winds of change.” Specifically, that means the Biden Administration (continuing policies rampant under the 8 years of Obama Administration) of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

Our military leaders have sold their souls to the devil of “political correctness”   and decided to destroy its 250 years of proud tradition of duty, honor, courage, rewarding merit rather than politics, and preparing our military for combat roles in defense of America. Thanks to the efforts of courageous military and civilian whistleblowers, the public is now more aware of how physically damaged and weakened our military has become from the COVID experimental gene therapy shot medical injuries, and loss of military readiness by purging conservative military servicemembers of faith and conscience.  Tragically, the US military appears to be in a death spiral of moral decay, political correctness, and lack of military discipline and readiness. Leaders who are sadistic, mean-spirited, punitive and discriminatory have become all too common place now in the Armed Forces.

The Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) CREED states: “Competence is my watchword. My two basic responsibilities will always be uppermost in my mind—accomplishment of my mission and the welfare of my Soldiers.”

DEI policies and initiatives replace this phrase and now supersedes the mission and welfare of the troops.  Service members both active duty and retired see this carried out daily. In alarming undermining of morale and fitness for combat duty.

Consider the recent story of Private (PVT) Piero Maranon and the mistreatment he’s received from an out-of-control chain of command. On the night of his basic training graduation, he was handed an Article 15 administrative punishment notice. He wasn’t allowed to graduate and family members who had traveld to see his graduation were denied this joyous occasion. PVT Maranon’s mother, for example, traveled all the way from Peru. What warranted this Article 15? A picture of President Trump on PVT Maranon’s phone was observed, and then confiscated by his Command who then labeled him “racist, a Nazi, and a white supremacist.”  His sin was simply that he had a photo of former President Trump on his phone.

In a flagrant and egregious departure from military procedure and regulations, allegations are simply made without basis and accepted as fact. In an instant, a military servicemember’s career and character are destroyed.  These tyrannical tactics are characteristic of totalitarian regimes like Communist China, North Korea or the former Soviet Union and Third Reich. This is NOT the honorable tradition of the US Military under our rule of law and respect of individual rights.

“…Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) should be the very last thing with which our military should concern itself. Moreover, such concerns should certainly not interfere with how behavior on a base is managed organizationally. In the old days, rules and regulations mattered. The military has its own set of standards and rules that follow our Constitution. The regulations and rules have worked well for decades to condition our young soldiers with discipline and grit, qualities they will rely upon to handle the horrors they encounter on the battlefield. The mission should be focused on protecting the nation and our soldiers.”

As Patriots and retired veterans lament the deterioration of the military standards of the US Armed Forces, some are actively taking bold stands to save it. Most agree that it needs to be restored to its former traditions, rules of military law and codes of proper military conduct.

One viable solution being proposed is to recall to active duty retired veterans and have them, for a time, supervise training of younger service membrs to restore the military’s standards and values that have been lost. The older generations served in a time that followed and revered the Constitution. The younger generations don’t have the same respect for our Constitution, and many have never read it or understand the protections it guarantees.  The military needs honorable people who fulfilled their oaths the first time in order to be restored from the abomination that has been created the last four years.

At the same time, the military would need to “clean house” of corrupt and compromised leaders who allowed this to happen. This idea flows well from the Declaration of Military Accountability that was released on 1 January 2024. The Declaration states that certain military leaders will be held accountable. They too should be called back to active service and court martialed.

Military CBRN expert MAJ Mike Gary interviews retired Command Sergeant Major Steven Baker to discuss the moral decay and sadistic treatment many service members are receiving in the military. Command Sergeant Major Baker first served in Vietnam in the 1st Force Recon for the United States Marine Corps. (USMC). He also served as a US Embassy Marine Security Guard, and was a Drill Instructor and Marine Barracks in GITMO reserves. He eventually joined the Army Reserves and then ended his career in the Arizona Army National Guard. He has a vast knowledge of the Armed Services. As a civilian, Steve has engineered and designed IT architectures and provided contractor management of service contracts for the Army over the last 20 years.

Today’s Whistleblower Report addresses the shopping topic of the ways in which vaccines have been designed by the government to be used in surveillance of people in ways the public is not aware of, and which invades our medical and personal privacy. In their words: “It has become quite clear that vaccines are significant components in a complex system of operational responsibilities, each with a very distinct presence and purpose. The Biden Administration is intentionally choosing to ignore its most basic responsibilities and duties to the people of America under our Constitution: protect the borders of the United States of America. These actions of a rogue administration are correctly perceived by more than 77% of Americans as a purposeful demolition of the United States of America. Their goal?Create the New World Order under globalist totalitarian control.

If the rapid escalation of lawlessness, deterioration in our economy, and wide open borders are not enough to compel Americans to participate in preserving their Constitutional Republic, then maybe we have no business in existing as a country anymore. The apathetic attitude so many Americans embrace must die in order for the Repulic to survive. This is the harsh reality we all face as Americans in the “Year of Decision”.

2024 is the “Year of Decision”. 2024 is the year We the People decide if we are going to stand against this assault of the forces of treason and destruction and work all legal avenues available to us to preserve our Republic, our freedom and our lives…or will we choose to ignore the threats and lost all that our ancestors risked blood and treasure to create and defend. We need to act at every level of governance now to push back at the evil destruction and tyranny that has gone unchecked for far too long.

Rays of hope are emerging in the storm clouds.  These bright lights of local actions are shining in the darkness and dissipating the darkness’s stranglehold on America.  As Scripture reminds us in  John 1:5 “And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” 

One ray of hope shone brilliantly when Texas citizens, border county sheriffs, retired military veterans and a few courageous politicians exerted enough pressure on the Governor of Texas that finally the state of Texas stood strongly against the Biden Administration malevolent actions to destroy Texas’ border defenses, in violation of federal law requiring the Federal Government to enforce immigration laws. 

Texas made a legal and constitutional stand to protect its border against a lawless Biden Administration’s intentional actions opening our southern border to hundreds of thousands of unscreened military-aged male illegals being financially supported by the UN, US taxpayers, and NGOs (including Catholic Charities and other church groups being paid to assist the invasion), and then dispersing them into cities, towns, and small communities across America – also at taxpayer expense.

Texas’s recent example has been extremely successful at showing Americans how peaceful, lawful resistance and legal action can accomplish what is needed to secure one state’s border.  Americans inspired to take back their birthright and peacefully protest against a rogue government can still have major impact.

Sheriff Mark Dannels of Cochise County Arizona is another ray of hope. He launched operation Safe Streets II in October of 2023. Operation Safe Streets II is an agreement with surrounding counties or municipalities to swarm deputies and other law enforcement assets into Cochise County to stop the wie open flood gates of illegals from third world countries around the world entering the US via the border with Mexico.  Sheriff Dannels’ creative approach has worked so well that Cochise County now has a sizable border interdiction team in their sheriff’s department. The interdiction team has gone from 3 to 35 deputies in recent months.

Cochise County’s success has been so striking and so effective that that the illegal invaders are avoiding Cochise Country and moving over the Piima Co. Az and Santa Cruz County AZ where the local Sheriffs are completely failing to follow immigration law and the Sheriff’s Deputies are ordered to assist the illegal border crossers.

In an expose that few have heard, former military combat and commercial aviation pilot Capt. Dan Hanley discusses the US Government cover-up of the truth about the 9/11 attacks as a result of years of expert analysis by pilot whistleblowers, architects and engineers and legal experts. Capt. Hanley’s own 35-year aviation career was sabotaged and destroyed by the government when he tried to do the right thing for public safety by exposing serious threats to aviation safety.  As a result of the government’s vicious attacks on him and his reputation, he lost his marriage, relationships with his children and his retirement pension.  He has since founded and directs the non-profit 911Whistleblowers.org and works closely with other professional groups around the world, including Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truths, Lawyers Committee for 9/11 Truths, and The International Center for 911 Justice.

The purpose of 911 Pilot Whistleblowers organization is to show that there were no Muslim hijackers controlling the 9/11 aircraft but that the aircraft were electronically hijacked and remotely controlled through employment of a system called the uninterruptible autopilot that takes complete control of the aircraft autopilot and flight management computer and flies the aircraft to its target destination. This technology was actually developed by Boeing and Honeywell with support of the US Government in the 1990s, 6 years before 9/11 attacks, although the patent was not recorded until 2006.

Once the uninterruptible autopilot system is engaged, the pilots cannot disconnect this system and are trapped with no ability to override and control the airplane.  Captain Hanley returns to The Whistleblower Report in this follow up program to explain this technology and the expert opinion that it was this technology that flew the planes into the Twin Towers and Pentagon, not untrained Muslim hijackers as the public was led to believe.

In addition to his own story, Capt. Hanley discusses the case of Captain Philip Marshall, who had published two books about the lies of 9/11 and was on the verge of releasing his third book, when he and his two children and the family dog were found shot dead in their family home.  Many suspect a government-directed hit to silence a knowledgeable expert on what really happened that day, although it was mysteriously ruled a murder-suicide by police.  Capt. Marshall’s book was missing from his home where he had hidden the manuscript.

The California Attorney General at the time never ordered a further criminal investigation into the matter. Her name was Kamala Harris, the current Vice President of the United States. David Rogers Webb, author of The Great Taking, continues his discussion of the changes to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and other legislation that have put into law the provisions for legalized stealing of most of the assets WeThePeople think we own.  These provisions take effect in the event of insolvency of a financial institution (bank, brokerage, depository, etc.) or any other entity that controls private property on your behalf.  The entities controlling our property (such as stock shares) are the secured creditors and we are merely “”beneficial owners” who will be paid only after secured creditors are paid. People do not realize this taking of your assets is done automatically, free of payment to you, & with legal certainty and no recourse for you.  These existing changes to the UCC have already been tested in court and upheld on appeals.

In today’s Whistleblower Report, guest David Webb explains current critically important legislative action in South Dakota to overturn these UCC changes and protect individual property ownership rights.  The South Dakota bill seeks to reestablish true ownership rights so that in the event of any financial institution insolvency, your private property is automatically returned to you. Naturally, this is being strongly resisted by those in the pay of the banking and financial industries.

Whether the South Dakota legislature will have the courage and will to pass such an amendment remains to be seen. A great deal will depend on whether there is enough public pressure on the legislators to take these steps to protect people’s property rights instead of caving to banking and financial lobbyists working to carry out this theft of individual property.

Those of us who have been speaking the truth for years, but especially since the 2020 unleashing of the covid pandemic and the tyranny that has come from that along with the unlawful mandates for experimental gene therapy shots, have been accused of being “conspiracy theorists.”  The term is meant to discredit our truthful presentation of facts those in power do not want revealed.

Let’s put that in perspective.  Just because someone says it’s a conspiracy theory, and uses that term as a pejorative attack on one speaking truth against the government narrative, does not, in fact, make the conspiracy a “theory.”

According to Webster’s dictionary, the definition of conspiracy is “a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful and/or harmful; the action of plotting or conspiring.”  Conspiracy is also defined as “using secret information to control others.”  We have certainly been seeing how secret information to control us is exactly what has been going on behind our backs for more than fifty, and in some cases, a hundred years.

These are facts. The conspiracies being exposed now are all too real.  There is nothing theoretical about the conspiracies uncovered over the last 4 years.

Many today do not know that the term “conspiracy theory” was invented by the CIA in order to undermine those critical of official government stories, and to help prevent disbelief of government “spin” on major events. It was Professor Lance Dehaven-Smith in a 2013 peer-reviewed book published by the University of Texas Press who showed that the term “conspiracy theory” was developed by the CIA as a means of undercutting critics of the Warren Commission’s report that President Kennedy was killed by Oswald. The use of this term was heavily promoted in the media by the CIA. The US media and the public have literally been programmed to accept the US Government as the truth-teller and those who expose government crimes as wild-eyed, tin-foil hat wearing “conspiracy theorists.”  Today under the COVID tyranny and markedly intensified censorship, it the American left and mainstream media who have become the CIA’s “enforcers” of the CIA’s strategy to silence skeptics by attacking their credibility labeling them conspiracy theorists.

One of the many conspiracies our international team discusses today is the secret plan in development for more than 50 years now unfolding in the Western countries in particular.  This is the Great Replacement of the Western Judeo-Christian populations and cultural traditions –sanctity of individual life, rights of individual liberty, and rights of individual ownership of property—with collectivism and ownership of life and property by the fusion of government and favored corporations—the very definition of fascism.

The battle for the sanctity of life rages on in America. After the 1973 Roe v. Wade SCOTUS decision was finally over-turned in June 2022, the fight between Pro-Abortion and Pro-Life movements moved to the individual states for their decisions on the future of abortion on demand. Like no other time in this country’s history has there been such an opportunity to express one’s Christian belief in the sanctity of life by standing in support of a baby’s right to life.

Jesus Christ had a special place in His heart for children and Christ followers should emulate His example of love and protection for children. In Mathew 18: 5-7 Christ warns: 6 “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. 7 Woe to the world because of [a]offenses! For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes!” NKJV

Did our country’s massive child sacrifice in the millions of babies aborted since 1970 bring a curse on our land? After all, America has murdered an estimated 65-70 million children under the deception that abortion is “women’s health.”

Author Jonathan Cahn in his latest book, The Josiah Manifesto, presents an interesting discussion about the Biblical meaning a Jubilee year and how that connects with the 50th or Jubilee year of the passage the US law that allowed abortion on demand in America.  What does the term “Jubilee” mean in its historical Biblical context?FromChristianity.com: “The Year of Jubilee, which came every 50th year, was a year full of releasing people from their debts, releasing all slaves, and returning property to those who owned it.” (Leviticus 25:1-13). In The Josiah Manifesto, Cahn further explains that Biblically a Jubilee has a dual aspect: on one side it is the time of retribution (or paying back of debt), bringing justice and judgement.  On the other side, a Jubilee it is a time of restitution, restoration and redemption. Jonathan Cahn presents the Biblical symbolic link between the events of 1970, when the first US state passed an abortion law, and the 2020 COVID plaque that caused so much death across America. 2020 was the 50-year Jubilee of abortion since the Roe vs Wade case was filed in March 1970 and the lockdowns in America by the Covid plague occurred in March 2020, 50 years to the month.  As Cahn explains, in this abortion Jubilee, the lives lost in abortion are repaid with lives lost of in the COVID plague.  He provides extensive documentation from the Hebrew and Judaic scriptures to show how these connections are symbolically so critical, and clearly show the hand of God at work since the events he presents are far byond the realm of mere coincidence.
