The Lord gave us the gift of the apostles and prophets, and now sends godly evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the equipping of the saints for the work of service and the building up of the body of Christ.

Today we explore the angel Gabriel's response and answer to Daniel's question about the vision he was given, and why having a biblical understanding of this will greatly help us accurately interpret other end times prophecies and the book of Revelation.

If it were not for Christ's humility in choosing to descend from heaven, every one of us would be utterly lost to our sin for all eternity.

Daniel's 70 weeks vision is the most important end-times prophecy in the Old Testament. In this episode we look at the background leading up to the vision God granted Daniel and why it's correct interpretation is critical to understanding Revelation.

Christ's very purpose in coming to earth was to be the final once-for-all sacrifice for sins. What better place for Christ to be born than where all the sacrificial sheep were kept, and under the watch of the elite, priestly shepherds who cared for this reserved flock.

Believers are called to be united in our one faith and not pining for position, authority, or rule over one another. We are to serve one another in humility and impartiality, and to live in a manner worthy of our calling.

In Daniel's vision, are the little horn and the small horn the same person- The answer to this has significant impact on the proper interpretation of Revelation. Today we unpack the meaning of these two horns as we wrap up our 3-part message on this important end-times prophecy.

Christians are called to be different- we must be different- If the world cannot tell us apart from itself, we should seriously question the soundness of our faith and belief in Christ who has sanctified us in His blood.

Today we look at Part 2 of Daniel's vision of the Ram and Goat, and carefully exposit the countries and kings that this prophecy is referring to. We also see how the angel Gabriel confirmed to Daniel that the vision he received was for the end-times, and is not something that has already been completely fulfilled.

Would we cheerfully give up all we had to follow Christ- Perhaps we, like the rich young man in Mark 10, might grieve the loss of possessions, yet still obey, because of Christ's incredible power to save us.
