Continuing our introduction to Romans, today Pastor Alex examines Paul's credentials and qualifications as an apostle of Christ.

Today we launch our new expository study in the book of Romans, beginning with a deep dive into the historical background of this epistle and its author, apostle Paul.

We are in a very real spiritual war. The enemy is on the prowl, searching for weak places in our lives and seeking to attack. But God has given us every instrument we need to stand ready against the plots of the enemy, it's called the armor of God.

Scripture outlines clear roles for the marriage covenant. While many of these roles are not widely accepted by the postmodern society we live in, God's Word stands, and it is important for us believers to submit to these roles as God designed them.

Certain gifts of the Holy Spirit were given to the early church, but which gifts are carried forward and given out today- Pastor Alex continues in Ephesians 4.

Continuing our study in Ephesians, today we see how our victorious King, Jesus Christ, defeated evil powers, freed captives of sin, proclaimed victory over the power of sin and death, and measured out gifts of the Holy Spirit to the Church.

As Christians, we are to live a life worthy of our calling and election in Christ. Our daily walk, especially how we think and act, reflects our testimony and God's saving power.

In Ephesians 3, the Apostle Paul teaches on the mysteries of Christ, hidden for thousands of years from both men and angels, yet revealed to the New Testament church. He also gives us an incredible model for prayer.
