We’re faced with many situations in life that garner a response. Will we speak up? Will we intervene? Will we simply meet a need? As a Christian we are held to a higher standard in our response, but many times we fail.

The way we respond to the people and the world around us matters, and we have a good and gracious God who has the words, the peace, and the understanding we need to do just that. We reach for it first thing in the morning, and it’s usually the last thing we put down before we sleep. And we’re not even ready to know how many times we pick it up throughout the day.
