Ashley Rucker is the founder of Therapart (@therapart_), which is a non-profit that organizes community spaces that facilitate emotional release through movement.

Ashley worked a corporate position for 10 years while developing her passion of teaching and cultivating a movement practice. She will be touring with Maggie Roger’s as a meditation + movement instructor.

It’s a very divided time, we feel this war within ourselves. And clearly, it’s manifesting outside of us. There’s space for anger, if that’s what is showing up for you. There is space for love too though. Our emotions can co-exist with oppositional feelings. It may seem complex, but really it’s a grounding concept. You can move through moods and dense emotions with the knowledge that something else will take its place in the future, even though it is important to sit with things long enough for them to resolve and leave in calm way. (That’s healing, love) So, in this podcast I had the pleasure of talking to Kitty Knorr. She is a poet, astrologer, tarot card reader, and content creator living in BK. I find that I connect with her easily and that we are on the same wavelength and share many similar understandings. This is a casual conversation where we talk about the ascension process, how mental health fits into this collective meditation we are going through, random stuff we’d talk about without any context lol, and more. Didrik Sveinn Bogason was born in Iceland. He went to school like your average boy and even had a girlfriend. Due to divine intervention and some interesting life events, he found himself on a devotional path. He became a yogic monk and received a new name under the Ananda Marga school, Dada Diiptimanananda. Today, he teaches meditation, philosophy, and music to people willing to expand their consciousness. He has taught me many things about the layers of the mind, supreme consciousness, healthy eating, and more.
