When we confess to God that we are sinners and we ask for His grace and forgiveness and we believe in Jesus Christ; that's what it means to come into a personal relationship with Him.

Jesus is going to give us the credentials, the reasons, the proof, the evidence, the testimony of why He actually is who He said He is!

And Jesus says, "Whoever hears my words and believes in Him who sent me has eternal life."

In order to get spiritual life, something needs to take place in our personal experience that Jesus calls being born again. Just being alive physically does not necessarily mean we're alive spiritually. In fact, the bible says we're not alive spiritually.

Repentance involves an owning of wherever we fall short. Wherever it is, when we own it and we confess it and we transform our lives by asking for God's help, that's when we're really repenting and that's when we're free.

In a very simple way, Jesus gave a comprehensive statement about His teaching. Matthew 4:17 says, "and then on Jesus began to preach, repent, because the kingdom of heaven has come near."

We need to go back and review some of the things God has done for our lives. We need to celebrate the things God has done for this church.

A spiritual leader is someone who knows where God is taking them and is able to motivate others to go there with him.

For some of us, we need to give our lives to Christ! That's what we need to do! The bible says, "if you will confess with your mouth Jesus is lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved".
