✨ Why I Walked Away from Hypnosis ✨
For years, I believed hypnosis was just another tool for healing and transformation. I studied it, practiced it, and even used it in my coaching work. On the surface, it looked helpful—relaxation, breaking habits, shifting mindsets.
But what I didn’t realize at the time is that hypnosis isn’t neutral. It’s demonic.
🔹 Hypnosis requires you to surrender your mind, the very thing God commands us to keep sober and vigilant (1 Peter 5:8).
🔹 Its roots are tied to witchcraft and occult practices (Deuteronomy 18:10–12).
🔹 It opens the door for familiar spirits to deceive and oppress (Leviticus 19:31).
🔹 It bypasses the discernment God gave us and leaves us spiritually unguarded (2 Corinthians 10:5).
🔹 And instead of freedom, it brings bondage (2 Peter 2:19).
I didn’t see it at first—I thought I was helping people. But behind the “science” was a dark spiritual reality. And when I began to experience demonic attacks in my own life, I couldn’t deny the truth anymore.
The good news? Jesus sets us free. 🙌
When I repented and turned from these practices, the Lord broke those chains off of me. John 8:36 says: “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”
That freedom is for you too. If you’ve ever participated in hypnosis or similar practices, you don’t need to stay bound in fear or shame. You can turn to Christ, renounce it, and step into real freedom that no counterfeit can offer.
