However, some women start businesses without understanding themselves and their strengths and weaknesses, and start the wrong business or even promote their business in the wrong way because it is not designed in a way that fits them.

If you are walking in your strengths, YOU can create an amazing business - one that fits YOU.

If you walk in your weaknesses, YOU will create a business that doesn’t fit YOU or who YOU are made to be - and that type of business doesn’t last long, if it even gets off the ground.

As an example, let’s say that a person’s weakness is in the area of people skills, but she starts a business as a coach because coaching is all the rage right now.

Because her business is a reflection of who she is, she will struggle with this business.  It will be obvious to her potential customers that she feels uncomfortable and is not strong in this area.  Customers will sense this right away.  If she is able to even get customers to pay her, it will become obvious to her customers that she isn’t strong in this area.

Creating a business around YOUR strengths will allow you to create a business that feels good to YOU, that you enjoy doing, and that which YOUR target audience and customers will sense that YOU have confidence about.
