Starting your business is one thing but expanding is another story.
When starting out, it's pretty easy and comfortable because you're already marketing and discussing with the current audience you have. It's a business safe zone that is primarily created for you to test the waters.
But if you're adamant about pursuing your purpose and spreading your ideas as far as you can, expansion is your next big step.
Today, we talk about exploring new markets and niches to further expand your business while staying aligned to your vision.

Often times, we delay our programmes, our projects, our products simply because we think they're "not enough yet" or that you need to do many more things before you release it to get maximum exposure or sales or whatever.
The truth is, the success of whatever you are trying to sell doesn't rely on everything extra you do before releasing it.
Let's talk about it.
Especially when we're still starting out or figuring things out in our businesses, there are times when we self-sabotage and think to ourselves that we DON'T deserve the high ticket clients or the extravagant deals or that we still have to do even more for us to reach that point.
I'm here to tell you that that's not true at all. And I'm ready to break that myth once and for all.
Join me in this episode where we talk about how you can claim the rates you desire, why you deserve charging THAT high, and how you can be consistent about it.
Let's talk.
In this day and age, even your children might already be starting their own online business. It's become a norm for the new generation to pursue what they love and start building a business around it.
The problem is, not everybody knows the ins and outs of how to grow a business the right way.
Yes, you might be getting millions of views now but as soon as you stop uploading content, your business spikes down and crashes. You might be making thousands of sales today but when you decide to take a vacation, you can't get back up on your feet.
So what really is the driving force of growth in a business and why are you not growing as fast?
Let's find out.
It doesn't matter what kind of company you lead—there comes a time when you have to separate yourself from your business.
Ask yourself this—do you still plan to work on your business after ten years? What about twenty years? thirty?
We're all usually focusing on the wrong things when it comes to building our businesses. We think that it's all about closing the biggest clients, getting more customers, doing the hustle better than everybody else but nobody focuses on one of the most crucial things that matters in a business — outliving and automation.
Today, we talk about this crucial strategy.
The thing we don't always realize is that all the clients, prospects, the people whom we talk to regarding are business or offers—they're still human beings. Just like us.
There are certain emotional triggers that you can tug on that can ensure that the negotiations go your way... but it's not always the right thing to do. Sometimes, we're manipulating these clients into thinking what you want instead of them, freely signing up to your offer.
Have you always wondered why there are other entrepreneurs like you who offer the same things but are closing deals at a way higher price than you? Most of the time, this is why.
However, it's time to change that. Instead of tugging and pulling on these emotional strings, we'll be discussing ways on how you can close your deals with integrity instead of sleazy tactics that make you feel bad.
Today, we'll talk about that and help you start closing your 100k+ deals left and right using your brand; your integrity
My day isn't dictated by what starts it. If I were to wake up hearing the worst news about my business or that I didn't hit my sales goals or even if some of my clients are leaving me; this doesn't have to affect my day and how I live it.
But what's the secret to staying as productive as you can be even though you get multiple inputs, both bad and good. How can you focus your mind to look straight ahead towards your goal and how can you stay in sync with who you are inside, as an entrepreneur or a coach, or a business person?
Today, I want to talk about... my routine!
A simple look into how I condition myself every day in order to stay as productive as I can; to continue with my mission; And to go about my day as my best self.
How long have you been building your company? Doing your business? How much have you improved since then and how aware are you of your highest and best self?
Today, we'll be talking about being able to expand who you are as an entrepreneur, as a business man or woman, and expand who you are as a person of integrity.
I'll be introducing you to the concept of grasping your genius and taking advantage of it and implementing it to work for your business, company, service, or products.
Once you grasp what you're actually capable of and what your potential is as a person, it all becomes clear. You don't need to be a genius, your don't need to be gifted, you don't even need to have the credentials other people look for in order for you to be the best you can be, right?
Today's episode is all about accepting who you are despite what others are telling you to do.
I'm sure there are times when you think you have to tone down and follow the norm—sure, that works for others but if you want to lead, and you want to build yourself into a pioneer who looks ahead rather than stay in the comfort of the "norm", there are other ways to move forward.
We'll be taking a deep dive on this subject today and you'll also learn a little bit more about my personal experience when it comes to building myself into what I considered to be my path which I still follow today.
You've probably been honing your craft for a while now. Perfecting what you know, your business, and how to market it to satisfy your intended audience. But as the years go by, have you ever thought that there's something more meant for you?
As an entrepreneur, you might have thought to yourself that the thing you're doing now can be much more—and you're absolutely right. There's something big planned for you especially if you have the heart of a Pioneer. But what's the difference between an entrepreneur and a pioneer? An expert compared to a pioneer?
Today, we'll take a deep dive on that topic.
How I started out as an expert and eventually, moved to becoming one of the top Pioneers dedicated to becoming the best in my own industry.
