The transition from being an "expert" in the industry to becoming a Pioneer can be steep. There are things that we are already used to doing and we'll have to erase that thinking and build from the group up.

You'll learn different ways of how to view your company; look at things at a new perspective; and learn how to act as a pioneer in your industry. Your entire business can make a shift and you have to understand that, in the long run, if you're looking to vastly widen the reach and growth of your company, you have to learn to adapt to the new ways.
