  • Pursuing Peace and Unity Without Compromising Truth
Ephesians 4 calls Christians to maintain the unity of the Spirit with humility, patience, and love. Dave Jenkins explains why that unity rests on the truth of the gospel, how to distinguish essential doctrines from secondary disagreements and matters of Christian liberty, and how to pursue peace without compromising Scripture. Because believers are united in Christ, they can stand firm in truth while treating one another with grace. • Look • Listen • Live
Look • Listen • Live The message centers on God's gracious instruction in Numbers 15:37–41, where He gave Israel tassels with a blue thread as a visible reminder to look, remember, and do what He had commanded. The principle carries directly into our lives today: look to Jesus, listen to what He has said, and live by faith in what He gives us. We do not naturally drift toward obedience. Our hearts and eyes are inclined toward the flesh, so walking with God requires intentional faith and continual dependence upon His light. God is not looking for the best version of us or even our version of Jesus. He desires for the life of Jesus to be manifested through us. That means we need Him to reveal what we cannot see and correct what we are seeing wrongly. Faith comes by hearing, so in the kingdom of God we often see by hearing—God speaks, His Word sheds light, and suddenly we can interpret our circumstances from His perspective rather than our own. The illustration of "life in a jar" pictures the many experiences that fill our days. The ordinary moments are like buttons. The unforgettable "ever since" moments of God's grace and faithfulness are like pearls. And then there are the lemons—the losses, disappointments, griefs, hardships, and wounds that leave a sour taste in our lives. God does not necessarily remove those lemons, but when He pours His light into our lives, His light changes how we see everything in the jar. The pain may still be painful, but it no longer gets to interpret God for us. That is why we must continually look to Jesus. Hebrews 12 reminds us that when we become weary and discouraged, we are to consider Him. Jesus endured the race set before Him, trus

  • Kids Message: BC 90-- Faith and Repentance
This instructional kids message defines the theological concepts of faith and repentance using the Westminster Shorter Catechism as a framework. Faith is presented not merely as intellectual assent but as a complete trust and resting in Jesus Christ for salvation, illustrated through the physical act of sitting in a chair. Repentance is distinguished from mere remorse, defined instead as a decisive turning away from one's own selfish way and a turning toward God's way. The message emphasizes that these two responses are inseparable and necessary for escaping God's wrath. The sermon concludes by anchoring this transformation in the person of Jesus, who is identified as the way, the truth, and the life, requiring the believer to rely on the Holy Spirit for guidance.

  • Committed Until…
COMMITTED UNTIL… We Do Not Leave the Fight Until the Family Has Rest Primary Passage: Numbers 32 Supporting Passages: Joshua 14; John 3:16; 1 John 3:16; 2 Timothy 3:16; Colossians 3:16; Malachi 3:16; Hebrews 11:6–7; Proverbs 16:3 Central Truth: God has not called us merely to possess something for ourselves. He has joined us to a family. And love for that family demands that we remain committed, engaged, invested, and willing to lay down our lives until our brothers and sisters are strengthened to walk in everything God has appointed for them. There comes a time when commitment has to become more than something we say. It has to become something we stay with. Anybody can be excited at the beginning. Anybody can celebrate a promise when it is first spoken. Anybody can rejoice when the inheritance first comes into view. But Numbers 32 confronts us with another question: What happens when I have what I need, but my brother is still fighting for what God has promised him? What happens when my family is settled, but another family still needs strengthening? What happens when I have crossed my mountain, but somebody beside me is still trying to climb theirs? What happens when God has brought me through a season, but the people around me are still in it? Do I say, "Well, I got mine"? Do I settle down? Do I disengage? Do I take my hands off? Or do I say, "I am committed until…" Until my brothers have crossed. Until my sisters have been strengthened. Until our children know the truth. Until our marriages are being built upon what God says. Until the people God has joined me to are encouraged to possess everything He has appointed for them. Until the family has

  • Walk as Children of Light
The sermon explores the transformative identity of believers who have moved from spiritual darkness into the light of the Lord, emphasizing that this change is not merely circumstantial but a fundamental shift in nature. It challenges Christians to embody the fruit of the Spirit by cultivating moral excellence, living with integrity before God, and maintaining truthfulness in all dealings. The message urges believers to confront the works of darkness not through isolation but by reproving them and allowing the light of Christ to shine through their lives as a witness to the world. By rejecting complacency and the comfort of secular culture, believers are called to actively demonstrate goodness, righteousness, and truth, thereby fulfilling their role as agents of divine illumination in a darkened age.

  • Vlad Savchuk’s “Octopus Spirit” Teaching Examined by Scripture
Dawn Hill examines Vlad Savchuk's "octopus spirit" teaching and the Scriptures used to support it. She explains why passages about thoughts, temptation, and spiritual warfare should be read in context rather than used to establish an unnamed demon. She closes with biblical encouragement to seek counsel, resist isolation, and look to Christ and His Word. For more from Dawn, please visit: https://servantsofgrace.org/dawn-hill/

  • The WHITE Blood of Jesus
The sermon explores the theological significance of Christ's blood by drawing parallels with the biological functions of red and white blood cells. It argues that just as white blood cells engulf, break down, and consume foreign invaders to protect the body, Christ's sacrifice completely covers, breaks, and consumes human sin, ensuring total forgiveness. The speaker refutes the idea that salvation is based on death alone or that sins can be re-accused, emphasizing instead that the blood of Christ provides a permanent, divine cleansing. This message is grounded in the belief that the human body reflects God's design, with the circulatory system and immune response serving as physical illustrations of spiritual truths found in Scripture.

  • The Fruit of Unity
This sermon explores the practical outcomes of church unity as described in Ephesians 4, identifying three specific fruits: doctrinal stability, directed growth, and driven connectedness. The message emphasizes that unity is not merely for social harmony but serves to protect believers from being swayed by false doctrines or emotional manipulation, ensuring they remain grounded in the truth of Scripture. It further illustrates that spiritual maturity is a directed process where believers grow into Christ through the consistent practice of speaking truth in love, which involves both proclamation and relational engagement. Finally, the text highlights the interdependence of the body of Christ, urging members to function in their specific roles with humility and communication so that the church builds itself up in love. The overall tone is instructional and pastoral, encouraging believers to actively participate in the communal life of the church to achieve the fullness of Christ.
