Setting up the culture in our company is on us. We have the power to shift the way our internal business operates. Culture is something we have to work on everyday and every action, communication style, follow up and work ethic all adds to the culture we are creating. Through our action or inactions, our office culture is created.
Just because we operate in a certain way that does not mean everybody has to operate just like we would like it. Tension is used to bring out the best method and not blame or point fingers at people. It is about getting a better system in place so our clients may get a better experience and product from us.

This week, I dive into the three categories of customers we interact with as start to sell more products. The impact of our interactions with them not only affect our sales and growth but also can possibly test us emotionally. The more interactions we have the better we understand not only the needs of our customers and how we can serve them, but they can lead to uncovering things about us as entrepreneurs as well.

In this week's episode, I take trace back the steps had lead us to doing our first ever collaboration with another brand, Wearified. How the seemingly random dots all connected to make it happen. Steps that I have been doing to not only get this collaboration with Aanam's Wearified, but have used to get multiple magazine coverages, celebrity sourcings and fashion editorials, all happened without spending any money.

Decisions, decisions, decisions, something that we as entrepreneurs, business owners, content creators, no matter our role, have to make every single day. Be it on a personal or professional level, decision making cannot be avoided. So how can we make decisions with clarity, speed on confidence and not agonise on the ifs and buts of every decision.
In this weeks episode I share what I am currently doing to make quicker decisions with confidence so we can grow the brand. The example shared was our Elements collection which will be out in the month of August 2022.

There is subtle difference in living a high life vs living an expensive life. One is based on the cost of things and experiences we can buy, while the other is based on focusing on the things that matter the most to us, things money cannot necessarily buy. Its is the difference between spending on 5 and 7 star properties when we travel, and actually creating lifelong memories with our closest family and friends.
In todays episode, I explore how we at TSARA can actually play a part in not only our life but our clients leading a high life as well.
Check out our collections on our website, and at the while you stroll through images of each product you will notice the things we offer like the lifetime guarantee covered in this episode.

We have all heard, life begins at the end of our comfort zone. Maybe it is just survival instinct which justifies the reason we do or don't do somethings. Maybe we don't want to upset things cause they are working fine. But it is only when we decide to test something, can we actually make a larger difference. We may fail, we may not, but there is only one way to know for sure, putting our theories to the test.
In this episode I talk about a small change on our website which I was resisting for years to do just because of my world view. I don't know what the result will be, but am excited for the future.

A mission statement is a bunch of "inspiring words" strung together that will motivate anyone reading them. It is our reason to exist, it our chosen pathway to leave the world better, it is our way of making a difference. TSARA's mission statement of making women's lives better is one that inspires me and the team. IT makes making daily decisions easier when we have this guiding us.
It isn't clear from day 1, it takes time to get clearer, we have to go through the emotions and chaos of what actually inspires us, what our legacy will be, and numerous questions before we are satisfied, but when the executions on our statement come to live it is truly magical.

It is tough to get back on track when you slip off after just 15 episodes. Its is harder, only cause I think imposter syndrome was working over time inside my head. Now what I am calling season 2 of TSARA Talks takes on a fresh take of my entrepreneurial journey. I am coming clean about options trading, something I started in the pandemic and actually begin to enjoy. The tension of jewellery and options trading is the new landscape on which TSARA Talks will be created.
