John Clayton says Russell Wilson is throwing the ball as well as he has in his entire career. John says in all his time covering the Seahawks, Wilson has never looked this good and you can tell that he spent a ton of time this off-season working on him mechanics.

Seahawks centre Justin Britt says training camp is all about getting reps as an offensive line so you understand the strengths at each position. Justin also says during camp, you try to over-communicate as an O-Line so that when you get to the regular season, the protection is simplified.

Seahawks safety Tedric Thompson says when he came into the NFL three years ago, it was the speed that was the biggest adjustment from college but as soon as he understood the playbook, he could adjust to the speed. Tedric says the biggest advice he would give rookies is making sure you take care of your body because the NFL season is a long one.

Ian Furness from KJR joined the show.

Seahawks Reporter Ian Furness says last year, the Seahawks couldn't get a pass rush and right now, the Hawks don't have a proven NFL pass rusher for the first six games with Jarran Reed out due to suspension. Ian does say overall, it feels like the Hawks have a deeper talent pool than they've had over the past few years.

Lions DB Aaron Grymes says he was on a team in Edmonton that was 4-14 and the players in that locker room didn't believe they were a good team. He says the feeling is different with this current Lions team as everyone still believes in each other and they have what it takes to win.
