Activism through Coaching Is a Grassroots Movement with Special Guests Anita Russell, Gail Hunter & Mavis Bauman

The journey towards anti-racism is not your typical journey. It requires critical self-reflection on two levels: (1) awareness of your own, thoughts, ideas, and beliefs about racism/anti-racism and (2) accountability for what emerges in your words, actions, and behaviors. The Activism through Coaching model is a grassroots process that facilitates personal transformation through critical self-reflection as a tool to eradicate racism. We use the Coin Analogy, Inflexion Point Podcast, and a mastermind approach to demonstrate application of the model.
