We as a society have created a fear based system, we fear rejection, we fear lack, we fear authenticity. In the realm of what so many call normal, we fear all that doesn't make sense to the common soul. When sovereign spirits enter the discussion and face the term taboo with grace and acceptance, the lower vibration attacks with insecurity. There is nothing to fear within oneself, embrace who you are and what you are.

Sometimes my brain waves are on their own frequency immediately when I wake. In these moments I have learned to express them quickly through some form of media, this week's episode happens to be a day in which I chose to record my thoughts over utilizing written media or art media. A year has come to an end and a new beginning is upon us. With the tides of change in motion I open the newest season of TUC with a time of reflection and understanding within myself. As I work through my emotions, my progress, my year, I hope you are in a place to do the same.

This time I take another deep dive into my own perspectives and psyche. Looking to expand upon myself and why I feel the way that I do, all while inviting you into the conversation. So many desire this route but never truly understand why. Today I enter the realm of facing one's own demons (or shadows). Where does the desire come from, what makes you focus on it so much? There are many avenues that you can take to discover your origins and desires, it just comes with a simple question... are you willing to dive into the shadows to find your truth?

Sometimes the deepest dives within thy self creates findings of discovery unlike any other. To truly find yourself, you must be willing to go within yourself.

What does happy mean to you? Is the final destination what will make you happy? or is it simply the journey along the way? This week I touch base on finally understanding where I am within my own desires and how I have approached them in recent times. When I released myself from the focus on the destination being what would make me happy and finding happiness and joy along the journey, it truly changed my entire perspective along this desire and how I deal with it and embrace it.

Now this becomes a touchy subject for many, as we have been taught not to speak on religion or politics growing up. What if your religious upbringing contributed? What if religion created your feeling of shame? Today I speak on my feelings around religion and understanding oneself better when choosing to deep dive within your own shadows.

This week I address a topic in a real time manner. A few days ago Dan asked about meditation, and asked for any advice I could give. This episode is a result of that question, and I hope it helps him along his journey.
