What I do and have done in the past and present to help calm these thoughts and feelings and what I look forward to learning to help handle increased libido. Having spent majority of my life with a much higher libido than my significant other(s), I have spent many years and still learning how to better curve this when it does not match up with her.

Years ago, after I made the mistake of messaging an individual in a way that broke the trust of my wife, I wrote up a contract that ultimately started our journey. The contract was created as a way to rebuild the trust that had been broken at the time but it also created a guideline going forward towards the ultimate goal of this journey. This week we discuss the original contract and how it has evolved into where we are today within our relationship and our journey towards the goal of penectomy.
