WELCOME to my first episode I hope you enjoy. This is the start of something great for me and I am super happy to be spreading awareness for male mental health and sexual assault!!!.  The episode is a lot about me haha but that is so you guys can get an idea of whos talking behind the mic, the episode also covers, starting that fire in your belly and getting motivated for change. Discussing my self help journey and what started it in the first place. I plan to do longer episodes around 20-25 minutes and a longer episode of this topic in the future but enjoy this preview for now.
