We’re gearing up for our annual Breaking and Entering Christmas, an effort to bring some holiday magic to a family in need. It’s one of my favorite parts of the year, and I can’t wait to share how you can get involved. Today, I had the pleasure of talking tunafish (tuna salad) with two incredible culinary minds—Chef Rachel Ponce and Chef Jeffry Weisinger. Inspired by Matthew McConaughey’s now-viral tuna fish recipe from his appearance on the 2 Bears 1 Cave podcast, I brought in some experts to get their take on it and hear how they’d put their own spin on the dish. Rachel Ponce, from Pair with Chef Rachel, is always full of great ideas, and she’s got some exciting new projects coming in 2025 that I can’t wait to see.
