Very Good Enough

Tuning In | Top five ways to meet your child's earliest emotional needs with Dr. Sam Rader

Listen Later

This week we invite Dr. Sam Rader to teach us about the specific developmental needs children have in their newborn, infant and toddler windows so that we can confidently meet them. After many years as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Sam developed her own healing modality called Source Code which helps adults shift out the negative patterns created in their own early childhoods and she has a lot of wisdom to offer about how we can prevent these patterns from developing in our children now. We also talk about what is "good enough" when it comes to parenting, what generational cycles really are and how to break them, and why healing ourselves heals our kids.

If you want to learn more about Sam's work, she recommends you start by taking her "Discover Your Top Coping Style" Quiz.
