Usually when we are being corrected we can get hostile, angry, or unresponsive. But according to the wisdom teachings in Proverbs, correction can actually change the whole course of your life.

In Proverbs 1:7 we read that “the fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” What is the fear of the LORD? Hating what God hates and loving what God loves.
