  • Ep. 9 - Death & Dying
This weekend, we are going to chat about something all living things have in common... death & dying. It's normal for this topic to scare you because humans are naturally fearful of the unknown, but, is it really something to be feared? I'm excited to get into this topic.
I'll give my perspective on death as well as my idea of questions such as:
    • Why do we fear death?
    • What about it really scares us?
    • Is it the same as birth?
    • Do we really only live once?
    • Is death actually an end?
    And more...
I hope you will join me in the conversation. 💫

  • Ep. 8 - Questions for the Universe
This weekend I'm going to dive into the nature of reality and the universe with my friend Karly. She shares my love for talking about deep topics and really trying to understand what this is all about. She is simply a dime.
We are going to have an open dialogue about what it all means and what our interpretations of the existential questions are.
    • Why are we here?
    • Is reality really real?
    • How do you explain violence?
    • Who or what is God?
    • What is death? Should we really be fearful of it?
    • What does it mean to be human?
    • And SO much more...

  • Ep. 7 - Spirituality & Parents
This weekend, come join me and my parents, Joey & Jennifer, as we have a parent-daughter conversation about spirituality and how it has helped shape them in their lifetimes. My parents are the most caring and humble humans I've ever encountered and I am so truly thankful I've been blessed enough to call them my parents.
I'll be asking my parents many questions including:
    • How they grew up
    • How their religious beliefs have shifted over time
    • What spirituality means to them
    • How it has helped him overcome challenges throughout his life
    • & more!
I am very excited for this weekend's episode. ❤ I hope you will join us.

  • Pop up Episode - Melinda's Near Death Experience
    Hey page turners,
The biggest question humans ask is: what happens when we die?
So, this is a random pop up episode that I am excited to share. Near death experiences (NDEs) have been intriguing to me for the last year or so and I think we could all benefit from learning more about them. These stories across the world are very similar and are readily available for us to learn more about. Fear stops us from wanting to learn more about death and that is normal. You, as a human, are normal for having fears about death because it is ultimately the unknown. Our egos do not appreciate the unknown and this manifests as debilitating depression and anxiety.
I'm here to tell you that we can be liberated from this fear.
I truly hope you enjoy. I would appreciate your feedback. You can let me know on Instagram or Facebook: Turn the Paige Podcast

  • Ep. 6 - Grief
This weekend we are going to be learning about grief. We have all felt it in some capacity; some more than others. Regardless, we are all valid in our feeling of grief whether it manifests as anger, sadness, denial, or a host of other emotions.
    • What is grief?
    • Does it ever go away?
    • Why does it happen?
    • How does grief affect children?
    • How does childhood grief affect us as adults?
    • How can spirituality help us in grief?
I hope you will join me as we dive into this difficult topic. We can grow. We can heal. And we can find meaning in life's hardships. ❤
