Back in 2013, we spoke to author David Marquet about his book Turn The Ship Around, which was about how he led his crew aboard the USS Santa Fe from worst to first. It’s a book that focused on creating a team of leaders rather than a team of followers, all who are able to assume responsibility and accountability for their actions. He joins us today to talk about a workbook that he’s just published to go along with the teachings and concepts that were discussed in his first book.
