Hate your job? You can learn to love most any activity by learning to engage in exciting outcome-focused behavior, rather than the oft-practiced activity-focused behavior. To satisfy our own psychological needs at work, we must learn to apply our own agency to pursue what we want consciously and purposefully. In this episode, we learn how we can do what we do best because we love the experience of doing it, and not because of the extrinsic rewards that come with it, such as money and status.
