So much happening. We all know the negatives so let's look at the other side of the coin. It's times like this when we need to focus on positives. For example, I'm listening to a Spotify playlist by Fearless Motivation. I turn I tup until I can't hear the "voices" in my head. I'm also using the Anxiety Release on the calm app to relax me every day for 30 min. Works too

Your book is large piece of powerfully concentrated content that you can repurpose to help you grow your business! Stop hiding the content from the world. You want people to read it. You want them to change, grow, get better don't you? By not using the content, you're actually making it harder to sell more books & grow a business.

Lots of people write a book but they don't settle into promoting it. They do one push then just sell randomly when on stage or events. Nothing happens over night. I've watched too many authors or content creators (me included) put out an idea but not drive it into the marketplace over time.
