News broke late Tuesday night that one half of the Briscoe Brothers and Ring of Honor tag team Champions, Jay Briscoe passed away in an automobile accident. Jay was only 38 years old. We send our heartfelt condolences to all of his family, friends and fans during this unimaginably difficult time.
