Do you talk to your friends about sex? Many men rarely do.
In this episode I speak with Jack Ryan Greener, an adaptive athlete who’s completely re-learnt sex after paralysis changed his life.
Expect to hear more about how his accident literally flipped the script in the bedroom, what he believes men need more of, and what it means to be a great partner. We end the episode with a chat on how much we share with our friends about our sex lives, and together we land on whether or not that’s a good thing.
Language side note:
You can find Jack on his website: www.paralyzedtopeaks.com or Instagram: @paralyzedtopeaks

So what is tantra, really? And what do people mean when they talk about the divine feminine and masculine? If you want to find out, this is the episode for you!
Denise Kooij is a tantric sex- and relationship coach. She shares her story, going from ‘typical girl with daddy issues’ who didn’t feel any of her emotions, to feeling more connected to her body and her loved ones than ever.
She explains more about polarity of the feminine and masculine, the non-duality of emotions, and shares exactly what tantra is and how it relates to sexuality.
Gendered language side note:

A year ago I attended a workshop on pelvic health - and I left this workshop in a state of total overwhelm! Turns out almost everything links back to our pelvis, and there are almost more misconceptions out there than there is truth!
That’s why for the this episode I speak with the amazing Dr. Erin Caust. As a physiotherapist specialised in pelvic health, Erin is here to advocate for everyone who’s been ever been sent home after opening up about their struggles to a practitioner.
She lights up when speaking about the ways she wants to empower women with pelvic issues everywhere. This conversation is so juicy and jam-packed with tips and tricks!
Expect some myth busting, some practical recommendations, and lots of inspiration! Even catch some tips on how to increase your orgasm…
You can find Dr. Erin on her website: elcphysiotherapy.com or send her an e-mail: [email protected]

I’m so excited to be sharing this episode with you! It is my first solo-episode, which means there is no guest today. What I have instead is all the content I shared in my recent online Masterclass: “Level Up, 5 codes to levelling up your sexuality!”
I get personal and share how and why my sexual reclamation journey truly got started.
If you are looking to start your own sexual reclamation journey, these codes are the place to begin.
Do you want more of this? You are in luck! From Monday the 20th until June the 24th of June I am organising Level Up Week. For the whole week I will be hosting online workshops and sharing practices designed to support you as you implement the 5 codes into your life.

Birthkeeper Rebecca Wallis is a kindred spirit of mine. Her work as a doula truly honours the magic of the birthing body. She is also one of my 1:1 clients, and I so thoroughly enjoy every single session I get to hold space for her. In this episode we talk about leaning into the language of our bodies, she tells us stories about her time spent abroad that gave her access to an ancestral knowledge that seems to have been lost in the western birthing rooms.
As a heads up - we had a few little connection issues here and there, so my apologies for the sound every now and then! But this conversation was too good for me to withhold from you. Towards the end we were able to get the sound sorted out better. Learn as you go, hey?

"The best thing you can do is fall in love with yourself"
In this episode, recorded in June 2021, I speak with Cherish Amber about empowering girls through sex education, how to experience more pleasure on a day-to-day basis and how we can apply Celebrity Service theory on ourselves. She is truly the queen of treating yourself, and listening to her describe the ways she infuses more pleasure into her life was so inspiring to me.
Since speaking, Cherish has launched her business as a coach, and you can find her on Instagram @thecherishamber and her website: www.cherishamber.com. Go say hi!

In the very first episode of Turning On I speak to Ymkje Haverkamp about our early sexual experiences and education, the effects of lockdown on her relationship, and how having the potential to open up your relationship can be truly liberating! And of course I make sure to ask her what living in a state of turn on means to her. (This episode was recorded in June 2021)
