The biggest blocks to receiving love are often the ones we mistake for strength. In this conversation, Jojo and I unpack how survival mode, performance, and career pressure can quietly sabotage intimacy—and how choosing ourselves can help us build healthier relationships.Jojo shares the path that took her from acting school in New York to modeling, fashion, aviation, and podcasting with Inside Out. Along the way, she reflects on how those experiences shaped her identity, self-worth, and relationships. What begins as a conversation about storytelling turns into an honest exploration of what happens when we learn to perform for the world but struggle to receive love as ourselves.Together, we explore:
We also talk about the tension between ambition and receiving support, and the pressure many women feel to prove their worth through work. Jojo shares how taking time for herself, working with a mentor, and putting her own needs first helped her step away from old patterns and feel more fulfilled. If we’ve ever felt stuck overgiving, overworking, or trying to become someone else to be loved, this conversation invites us to reflect on what we truly want—and what might help us feel safe enough to receive it.Find Jojo and Inside Out on Instagram at

What if being an “empath” is actually a survival pattern?Join me and a special guest - and Arian Samouie explore trauma, attachment, emotional triggers, and why we absorb other people’s moods.
We unpack the scapegoat wound, self-sabotage, unmet needs, and the difference between fixing someone else and creating safety within yourself. If you’ve ever abandoned yourself to keep the peace, felt responsible for someone else’s emotions, or struggled to stay grounded during conflict, this episode offers a compassionate new perspective: your behaviours may not be flaws—they may be protection strategies that once helped you survive.

My wife and I fight.. but it's not the end of the world.
Honestly conflict, can make us feel totally rattled - and it's not because someone else is trying to make us feel small, or dysregulated... it's because we are taking their actions or words TO MEAN that we are small.. or invalidated.. or not good enough.
so in today's episode, my wife Ayesha joins me as a special guest to be very raw about a recent argument we had (like literally just today), but also how every conflict is an opportunity to grow.
If you want to be in a relationship, this episode is essential for you to understand.

When you're afraid of losing something - what's the first thing you do? You try to hold onto it tighter.
When you're afraid of losing a relationship, you attach.. you hold on tight.. you get anxious.. and it pushes them away.
When you're afraid of spending or losing money, you get anxious about your bills, and you forever seem to live in that scarcity-middle class range.
Today I talk to you about why attaching to anything, is at it's base unhealthy. Because it speaks to how poorly or scarce we view ourselves. So why should anything- partners, money or health want to be with us if we view ourselves so lowly? Listen on, and you'll find a healing meditation right at the end too.

Okay - it's been a A WHILE since I was on here, I know. But I needed this time for my own healing, to reconnect with my authenticity, and to let God flow through me.. to you. So hopefully that's what comes out of my content, and if nothing else you will at least get all my love. But here's why this episode is important for you..
Most of us listening - are givers, lovers, fixers. People with sensitive nervous systems who always take care of others' needs before our own.
In almost all of your relationships, you've probably noticed that you gave and gave and didn't receive enough. You were probably abandoned or rejected without knowing where it came from. You felt not good enough, or being happy - was so hard.
This episode is a little bit monologue, little bit confession, little bit healing content. It's me sharing with you why your inner child is who has been craving love in your entire journey of trying to give it to everyone else.
Listen in, because right at the end - there's a small inner child meditation from my heart to yours, helping you take another tiny step on your healing journey.

Why is it that statistically men are more likely to cheat?
What is it that people who end up with sex addictions, alcohol, porn, gambling or any other addictions want?
Why do women or individuals choose and STAY in relationships with partners who have these dysfunctional mechanisms?
All of this is answered with special guest Cheryl Camarillo, who talks from her PERSONAL experience of what she learnt being in a relationship with someone with a porn addiction.

I used to be such a romantic - and then when I went through heavy heartbreak, something changed. While I was able to create a lot of stability in my life, I lost out on a lot of the playful, open, free, loving energy that naturally exists inside my soul.
So in this episode I talk about what Is required to create a balance - of love and self commitment both. It's really personal, and I know this episode could mean something to you.l

Nobody realises that the love you get in a relationship is only the love that your nervous system is used to. That the way men treat you, is typically what you've come to expect and get used to. That's how the brain and nervous system work.
So to have a new, abundant kind of love, you need to understand what to do to heal old wounds so that you can build better relationships, and finally attract men who can commit to you and show up with love , stability, safety and connection.

I've been lost before in my life. not knowing who I really was, not even authentically connecting with my soul, or with my heart or even my essence.
This episode is different moments in my life where I've lost myself, but I also have a special guest on board with me who talks about where she lost herself and what she's done to find her truth, her essence and her value all over again - even when times get tough.
