A few winters ago I had my first experience of S.A.D.(self-diagnosed) .I’ve since found it useful to develop a ‘simplicity system’ for dressing during these low periods.The system helps me to reach ‘Okay status’ so I can stay motivated to run my errands. Also I busted my ankle soooooo bad...soooo bad!!
