I was very much against this, due to the fact that last year's movie X was a home run and didn't need another entry... Clearly there was much more backstory to tell as far as our titular character here. Prequels often come off as very unnecessary at times, but this ended up being one hell of a flick and it absolutely gives us a dive into the thing that drove Pearl off her rocker. And what she endures is insult to injury since she's already insane to begin with. Enjoy, people.

"Praise to the Car Gods, man!"... So not only did Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson make a HUGE surprise cameo appearance during the post credits sequence of Fast X, but it's been announced that he's now getting a solo spin off movie taking place after the film. Y'all can imagine my excitement about all this and my scattered brain overworking, but I took some time to vent it out. Enjoy, folks.

Here's another requested flick, and I've got to be honest when I say that I probably wouldn't have checked this out otherwise... But here's to being a man of the people. No matter how strange or surreal this movie gets at times, it is a constant reminder that Robin Williams had either a heavy or subtle comedic charm that still lives on to this day. The man can do no wrong on screen. Even when he's looking for his lost love in the most odd depiction of Hell I've seen in a movie. And it does indeed get odd. Enjoy, people.

There's a run down apartment building, there's tenants, there's curiosity, and there's that damn book... And a record that not even your most skilled DJ wouldn't dare touch. Add a little bit of demonic possession that's actually entertaining and buckets of blood, and you've got yourself a stand alone Evil Dead entry. Groovy. Enjoy, y'all.

When I saw this in the theater back in 1996, I never in a million years would've guessed we'd still be talking about Scream in 2023... At least not in the context of several sequels. Radio Silence has come in and done a hell of a job making sure that fans of the series keep finding both familiar and new ways to keep screaming. Ghostface looks like he/she is here to stay as long as these characters stay alive. Enjoy, people.

This certainly didn't go the way I ultimately thought it would... While the trailer wasn't bad, I still thought this would end up making me feel the same way House Party did. I'm here to say I was wrong. As a basketball buff, this was a game winner. Enjoy, folks.
