I will be completely honest about this one here... Y'all know George A. Romero was and still is near and dear to my heart and so is Day Of The Dead in many ways but had they just called this series something different, I would be more open to it. This is the third attempt at cashing in on the property and while the last two are garbage, this one's trailer didn't sell me either. But it's zombies. And I love zombies. So I'm here to see what's up. Enjoy, folks.

I went back a watched the original 1982 version of this once I was so annoyed by the news of the remake, and the poster... The original actually held up a hell of a lot better than I thought for yet another cheesy slasher flick. The sequels are straight up trash truck juice, so one could imagine the expectations I had for this overall. But I'm a fair man, so I decided to throw ALL expectations out the window and take a chance with this. Safe to say that I had more than a few thoughts during and afterwards. Enjoy, people.

This is starting to become one of those Halloween entries that I may never get tired of... It crept it's way into my top five right away, and it just seems to be the gift that keeps on giving. Some of this stuff I say during may be repetitive in regards to my review, but I had to get this one out to y'all. Enjoy, people.

To my surprise, I actually dug John Cena as PeaceMaker in The Suicide Squad... And that was me being fresh off of surprisingly liking him as Jakob Toretto in Fast 9. So it's safe to say that this guy has made me do a turnaround as far as these action roles he's into, and I'm okay with that. This is a character who ended up surviving the madness, and is back to be raunchy, awkward, and violent all at the same damn time. I'm here for that as well. Enjoy, people.

I know little to nothing about Black Adam, except that he is very closely tied to Shazam... But I wasn't too crazy about that film in particular, so it was kind of weird that I was looking forward to this here. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but basically I'm trying to say that I'm intrigued about what The Rock will do in this movie as a much darker character. Enjoy, y'all.

Ezra Miller is back as Barry Allen, and that's pleasant news to me since I very much enjoyed his portrayal as The Flash in Justice League... The Snyder Cut did him WAY more justice (pun intended) than that Whedon thing, so it got me more attached to how entertaining he is to watch on screen. But this is different. Here we have different timelines, which can be either cool as hell or messy as ever. But with Michael Keaton and Ben Afleck both in this film, sign me up for it. Enjoy, folks.

I'd be lying if I said I was excited about this when it was announced... I honestly was still fresh on the high of the Child's Play remake and even with Don Mancini and Brad Dourif back on deck for a series, I wasn't buying the idea and definitely not the idea of it going to SyFy. But if I can make it through Seed Of Chucky, then I should be more than able to withstand whatever comedic and psychotic stuff this new take comes up with. Enjoy, y'all.

Since today is the 32nd anniversary of Halloween 5's release, and since I learned this morning about the lost footage being online finally, I had to check this out... Most of the time, lost or archived footage is more like an urban myth if anything, but here we are with the much talked about footage of Doctor Death. The movie is pretty much set in stone for me, but seeing additional footage that was cut is always interesting. And this always caught my attention since it was an actual encounter with Michael Myers and a very strange looking character. Enjoy, people.
