Normally I'm pretty particular about who I watch mask up and chase down unsuspecting victims in these movies but if Netflix wants to keep trying to win me over with originals, then keep them coming... I hadn't heard a thing about this damn movie, but the title alone grabbed me. Simplistic, yet intriguing in a way. Enjoy, yall.

Just a big HEADS UP really quickly because my audio cut short before I got a chance to cap off my episode outro and all, but me doing the usual double viewing of the trailer is still there... So apologies for the mishap towards the end. I almost didn't do a reaction for this since I have yet to sit through a single Marvel tv series. But since I always say Hawkeye doesn't get the credit he deserves in the MCU, at least he's got some help or lack thereof this time around. If you've been keeping up with this podcast for quite some time, then you may (or may not) know how I feel about the Matrix films... I think these are really well made and genre bending films, but I'm one of those people who isn't crazy about them much at all. So for the creators to have the courage to make a fourth entry after pretty much book ending the last one is insane. Insane, but intriguing. Enjoy, people.

There were so many questions and some concerns long before this movie even came out, so I've been anxious to see it and even more anxious to share my thoughts with y'all afterwards... Let's just say the movie had an effect on me to the point that I had to go back and watch the original after seeing the new one. And that made me appreciate the new take even more. The Rock, Ryan Reynolds, Gal Gadot... What's not to be excited about? Three people who have been apart of DC movies (upcoming Black Adam, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman), and three people who can completely balance action and humor bits on screen very well. And since Netflix just keeps winning me over with it's originals, I'm so ready to see this play out fully and ready to see how bonkers the action gets. Enjoy, folks.

I think Roland Emmerich is one of those filmmakers who either is trying to tell us what's coming to Earth eventually eventually, or is planning his own damn attack at some point... Why does this guy insist on scaring the shit out for people with disaster flicks (me in particular) every few years? Whatever it is, it was enough to get Halle Berry into space for the ordeal.
