El municipio de San Roque, Antioquia, es conocido en todo el país como "la tierra de la cordialidad". Su economía se ha basado principalmente en actividades agrícolas como la caña de azúcar, el banano y el café. Nos centraremos en este último. Hemos encontrado dos proyectos muy interesantes, donde cada factor que influye en el cultivo aporta un valor agregado significativo, beneficiando al medio ambiente y al productor económica y comercialmente, brindando experiencias únicas a los consumidores y promoviendo el desarrollo turístico y social de la región.

In the municipality of Tota (Boyacá), we found a sheep production project with Hampshire sheep. The climate and terrain conditions are not ideal. Extreme temperatures, strong winds blow from the Tota Lagoon, and the terrain is sloping, making daily activity difficult. Despite the unfavorable conditions described above, Carolina Piragua, a young agricultural business administrator, has successfully implemented this life project.
