Odin enters his yearly sleep leaving Asgard open to attack. The Mighty Thor and the other gods must protect their kingdom from the forces of evil, however this time Thors evil stepbrother Loki has hatched a new plan. He calls forth the only person to ever have defeated Thor and sets him lose among the gods. Can anything help the god of thunder when the Hulk comes to Asgard?
