TV & Movie Reviews: Punisher (1989)

Back in the days when New World Entertainment owned Marvel, they released the 1989 Punisher movie starring Dolph Lundgren and Louis Gossett Jr. The movie was released at theatres in Europe but not in the US due to New World's financial difficulties, and so went straight to VHS. Chris and Dave discuss how this movie stands up today.
