Arnold Rodriguez has extensive experience in organizational, business, and human capital development across various industries in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. He has held leadership positions at T-Mobile, USA Network, Ticketmaster, and other major companies, and has worked with numerous Texas cities, such as Austin and Plano, and the FBI.
He has launched major contact centers including entertainment programming and promotion centers, reengineered companies, developed pay and performance plans, and collaborated with major unions on contracts. He also served as a college adjunct instructor and consulted municipalities on police matters.
Arnold is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, American Institute College of Law Phoenix, and Trinity Law School (Magna Cum Laude) with certifications in mediation, employment law, and project management.
He is a Marine Corps and Air Force veteran, published researcher, and novelist. His areas of expertise include project management, performance management, employment law, organizational development, business development, human capital development, economic development, risk management, internal investigations, and employment dispute mediation.
Arnold is the Co-Founder and COO of Studio Village, a Veteran and Latino Owned Startup that is on a Mission to bring stories of impact to life in Texas.
