Retired Lt Col Jackie C. Garcia is the CEO of Global Walk, a not for profit on a mission to Inspire Hope, Share Spiritual Wisdom and Inspire those in need.

Jackie comes from a decorated Military Family with a history of service since World War II.

She is from El Paso, Texas and her mother is from Panama while Dad is from Guam. Together with her husband, Danny Garcia, presented an American Flag to the people of Ukraine and a representative of the Ukrainian Parliament (Commissioner for Human Rights).

In return, the Garcias received a Ukrainian Bible and Flag to present to the the President and his family.

Mayor James "Spike" Harris is a Marine Corps and Air Force Veteran.He was the heavyweight boxing champion of the United States Marine Corps and has been inducted into the All-Marine Boxing Hall of Fame. Retired United States Marine Corps Major James Caper Jr. was Wounded 19 Times to Save the Lives of his Men in Vietnam as the First African American to Receive a Battlefield Commission.

A letter was sent to the Executive Office of the President on Feb. 12, marks a significant effort to make the award a reality, with 47 lawmakers from both chambers of US Congress, including two Democrats, making the request.

President Ronald Reagan awarded Green Beret and War Hero, Master Sergeant Roy Benavidez the Medal of Honor.

Roy also fought off the battlefield when the VA was going to take away his benefits shortly after receiving the Medal of Honor.
