People with disabilities make up the largest minority group in the world and on any given day any one of us could be added to the roster.  Because "disability" on a whole is not black and white, we can learn so much by striking up conversations with the people we come in contact with to find out about their personal journey with being disabled and navigating the system.

Today is Giving Tuesday and it is also Safe Toys and Gifts Month. If we do a mash-up, we’ll end up with Giving Safe Tuesday Toys and Gifts! 🤷🏾‍♀️

I cannot believe that it is thanksgiving already! Where has the time gone and what are we giving thanks for? Is it that 2020 is almost over or are there other things to be thankful for?

Saturday is the great American Smokeout. We have come a long way but still have a long way to go. Let’s show support for the smokers in our lives and let them know that we have their back.

It’s not always a mean girl move. Sometimes unfriending is just about being honest and good to yourself. BTW celebs aren’t your friends so unfollowing them can be just as liberating!
