This week’s topic is... John, what’s this week’s topic? Oh that’s right... we’re continuing to talk about all things keto, 106 days later!
John and I reflect on my journey into keto over the past 3+ months, and look ahead on what I can expect next. We talk about what to do when the weight loss slows down, tips and tricks to stay motivated, and best practices to keep the pounds (hopefully) dropping off. Next we dive into intermittent fasting, breaking down 18:6 and 20:4 methods, and why those 2 hours really matter! Saving the best for last, we take a moment to give thanks and hope that we can continue to pay it forward to anyone out there who may be inspired by our journeys.
